What a great place! Feels pretty corporate (not that thats a bad thing), but it feels like youre rushed in and out. While Im there, Im really enjoying it, but it feels like business. Ate there on a Saturday before a rush, I cant cry too much haha Its CLEAN, which is pretty important to me, no dust, or pee on the seats, or all over the floor! Makes me feel better about the food, which is absolutely awesome! Had the Texas Tonion for an app, which is a glorified blossom onion from Outback, just pulled apart and spread across a long plate with horseradish sauce in the middle. Delish however horrible it may be FOR you. Oh and if you sign up for their newsletter, you get ANY app for free. Saves a good $10 bucks. Id imagine if you just made a different email account, you could take advantage of this offer every time you went. But hey, not condoning it! For dinner I had the Garlic Parmesan Chicken. Reasonable 16 bucks, and its so freaking good! Watching Kitchen Nightmares has scared me from ordering chicken, but here, its perfect. So moist, and its baked, so I dont feel nearly as fat eating it!! Pic shows it, but it doesnt do it justice. If you like a GOOD chicken breast. This is it. 10/10 on taste. 6/10 Presentation. Besides not being able to hold a table, or the feeling of being rushed, its an excellent meal. Will definitely return and recommend it to friends.

Was really excited to go here for my birthday as I love myself a good steak but I have to say I was very disappointed. My wife and I both got filet mignon and they arrived at the table looking like skirt steak. I actually had to call the waiter over to ask him if it was a filet mignon he put down. He confirmed that it was and told me that because I ordered mine medium and my wife ordered hers well done that they use a press on the steaks to ensure theyre cooked all the way through. I understand that process and see the logic but this was too much, it looks like skirt steak youd use to make carne asada with and had very little to no flavor. Now I wasnt expecting Ruths Chris quality but certainly more than what I got. Thank goodness I paid with a gift card or I would have probably requested a refund. They get 2 stars because the service was decent and the sides were ok.

I love this place mostly. Today they mised it totally. I ordered the 18 oz porterhouse. It came out burnt to a crisp. I had ordered it medium. The waitress served it even though my husband spoke to the manager at the end of the meal. I sent it back and my husband and granddaughter ate their food and I waited. I also ordered loaded mashed potatoes with no bacon. Bacon was on it. The waitress acted like it was no big deal. The next steak that came out was great but by this time my 2 year old was ready to go . I got my meal boxed up. I would think that a steakhouse would know how to get it right the first time. My husband asked for the manager which made it right but still really disappointed in this whole ordeal. They have another one on newport news guess I will travel there from now on. Waitress was not really concerned at all.

Id like to chalk this up as a bad experience, but there were a lot of people having the same issue tonight (13 Oct 2016). Our party included 2 adults and 3 kids. The service was extremely slow and when the food came out it was cold. After getting seated, we waited 20 minutes just to get a drink order in. It took 50 minutes for kids food to come, and a total of 75 minutes after entering the restaurant to get the adult food. The taste of the food wasnt bad, just cold. The server said the kitchen was slammed, yet the restaurant was at best 75% full at 6:30 pm. There was never a line at the door. Its very unfortunate since we just moved into a new house close to here and we were really looking forward to trying this place. Im not a second chance person...we wont be going back.

It took forever for my waitress to come to the table. When she finally came and took our drink and appetizer order, it took forever for our drinks/food to come as well. The restaurant was not even close to being full and there was no wait to be seated when we came. They had no bread ready to be brought to the table either. Our main course was again really late. When it came my steak wasnt cooked properly and my sweet potato was burnt looking. The waitress kept disappearing and was forever with the check. If I didnt fear I would be waiting another 2 hrs for them to get my food right I would have sent it back. I had a bad experience with them 3 times now. 3 times too many. Im never coming back again.

Came here yesterday evening, with a party of 5 Waited over an hour for a table after they told us it would be 20 minutes. Watched them sit tables a head of us after we have been there before the other guest. We get the table finally, and we order 2 drinks form the bar. We never end up getting our drinks threwout the whole meal. The waiter that we had never even noticed until we told him to take it off the meal, and he never apologized for it like he didnt care. I ordered a New York strip I odered it medium rare came back medium sent it back came back medium again after this experience I had here I will just go to Texas roadhouse if I want a stake cooked right the first time.

Visited New Years Day night and a wonderful experience. Our server Andrea H was outstanding, a true professional. My husband had the filet done Pittsburgh rare and it came out perfect. Loved the seasoning on it, no need to add pepper if you like it that way. I had new kolbe steak melt standing which is just divine. Also recommend the baked potato which may sound odd, but it was so tasty, and it turns out they bake it for 30 minutes, thats why. We dont understand why they calculate tip options in the bill that include the tax but mgr said it was a corporate decision.

Started out we had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to even notice us but that was seriously the only thing bad. The manager went by and we got his attention. He then personally waited on us. He even fixed our drinks. I wish I could remember his name. I am pretty sure it was Mark. Then Clark become our server. He was absolutely the best. So not only was our steak outstanding, the 30oz porterhouse steak for 2, but so was everything else. Kudos Clark!

Ive been here a few times, and for me personally it lacks choices like other restaurants like it have. Yes I know I could go else where but I was with family. Lastly on this past visit they were not overly busy but our wait time was less then desirable. Sitting and watching everyone get seated who walked in after you isnt particularly the best feeling. Thats a improvement that can be made is busing tables to get your customers seated without long waits.
