This was the default on arriving after a long day in the car. What an unexpected treat. Beautiful room. They sat us by the massive marble-faced fireplace. Wonderful "power greens" salad that they split for us. Small plates were generous but more importantly, excellent. The salmon-trout was fresh and flavorful, in a nice butter sauce, accompanied by great whipped potato. The ahi tuna was properly rare, with Asian-flavored veggies. Dessert crepes were a nice finish and can be mixed flavors. Must also mention the excellent house-baked breads. Top-notch service; fast and efficient, but also relaxed and friendly.

I ate dinner at this restaurant in the hotel rather than drive around an unfamiliar town in the rain. I chose the stuffed utah trout with the artisan salad and mashed potatoes for the side. The artisan salad was a mix of green consisting of mostly spinach and iceberg lettuce, one tomato wedge, one cucumber slice, and thinly slice carrots on top. The fish was pretty good, but I didnt get much of the lobster and crab stuffing. The mashed potatoes were basically just mashed potatoes. Overall, the service was pretty good.

We got some free credit to eat here so we splurged and everything tasted great. It can be a bit pricy though.

I have only eaten the weekend breakfast buffet. It is very pricy but delicious.
