Ive always dug this place, somewhat. Service and food are always so-so, but the atmosphere and location were always superb. However, have you heard their radio ads? Have you heard their response to noise complaints? Omgosh, I dont live within earshot - but if I did, Id be more than mad. Their response to the complaints was essentially, [You live in music city but have a problem with live music on the patio? Whats wrong with you?] How snotty, how ridiculous, and how downright stupid. Ones feelings about music have absolutely nothing to do with disturbing families in their homes with whatever horrible local band you happen to have playing on your crappy patio. They have nothing to do with sleeping babies - or heck, sleeping adults. I dont care if you happened to actually get a good band, invading someones home with your insanely loud musical advertisements is awful. A) Its awful to do in the first place, and B) Its so much worse not to simply apologize, assume some accountability and resign yourself from pretending to be in the right. Can you imagine how many complaints it takes for a patio to actually get shut down? A LOT. The bars on my side of town cause reverb in my storm windows regularly. I know tons of neighbors that have complained for years and the bars have never had to change their ways. This invasion of noise has got to be incredible to actually result in patio closure. But whatev, that could all be forgivable had you not acted so pompous and indignant. Besides, only a small percentage of us live here because its called music city. Believing that everyone (anyone really, besides sad musicians hoping that moving to a city with a billion other musicians will help them stand out and get a record deal) moves here or lives here because our nickname is music city, shows your IQ.

I wish I could give zero stars, but no one got sick yet so it gets one. The service is poor at best. My group moved from downstairs to upstairs and had several different people. Not one of them is worth what they get paid, regardless of what that is. They took forever to take our drinks. Then let our cups run dry and stay that way for some time. One tried to take my plate while I still was eating off it. I literally had food in my hand while she took it (Yes, I know how to use literally and I mean it that way). She complained to us about her other job for no reason. In a group of six, 3 couples, she didnt ask how we wanted the check divided. Just assumed the older looking one would pay.The small pizza is mostly crust. About half crust and half pathetic toppings. The cooks basically waved the pizza near the sauce. I should have just microwaved a pizza instead. Out of six in the group none of us ordered the same thing, and yet out of six no one had anything good to say about the meals. Upstairs we were ignored as well. It took forever to order and then to receive our drinks. There were children running around in the bar and outside with no true supervision. The bathrooms needed a pressure washer and bleach. Most of the stalls were out of TP. One of the servers coming into the bathroom burst through the door, hit one in my group, and then scolded her for being in the way. Overall bad experience and would not recommend.

Soulshine, please decide if you want to serve food in the music area or have a band playing. On packed nights you need to remove half the tables up in front of the stage so that people who actually want to watch the band have a place to stand. Its really getting old every time I come to see music I have to stand awkwardly in between people who are eating dinner at the tables. Not to mention people pull their chairs away from the tables and then you just have a table sitting there taking up space. Other than that this play is just okay. They do get really good bands to play here and I enjoy going here occasionally.

First off, the food is FANTASTIC. Thats the only reason we give the 2 stars. Unfortunately, the service was humorously terrible. The host was unorganized and sat people at random order, our drink orders were messed up, and to top it off, we waited over an hour for our food. When it was brought out, it was incorrect. Like I said, humorously terrible. Fortunately, the manager was a stand up guy and covered our food, even our drinks. We got the worst experience ever, but i think it was just the way fate aligned. Would give them another shot!

It was 6pm and a warm sunny evening- the host told my husband and I that we couldnt sit in the patio because its being shut down soon. In the meantime, they sat 2 other groups. Really?? We sat at an empty table near the exit to decide where to go next then ~I guess~ they decided to serve us. The pizza was terrible- like dry bland cardboard (I had The Mediterranean & figured it would be delish bc the goat cheese, artichoke and pesto- nope, flavorless). Thanks for a terrible experience in Nashville, jerks.

Pizza and other food is on par with what I would expect from a local place. But what sucks is the experience. On several occasions I ordered an appetizer to nibble on before our pizza came out... And each time they deliver the appetizer and pizza at the same time! DONT DO THAT FOR CHRISTS SAKE!!! That is just a rude way to make people leave sooner! Also... Your local music acts suck. Please find someone that can sing. We in Nashville! Its not hard.

COMPLETE SCAM; Beware their cheaper" prices. Apparently, in their world, a calzone only has sauce and mozzarella cheese. They try to show cheap prices but then upcharge to have the ingredients that normally come in a calzone. (aka- Ricotta is +$2.50 then parm is +$1.25.) So just to get a simple bag of cheese will cost you about $9.00....forget getting any real extra ingredients. Also- They DONT deliver. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME :)

I went with a Bachelorette party. We sat upstairs on the heated outdoor patio, in front of the stage. We had a lot of fun with the bands and the other guests. Very busy, but still awesome. We were lucky we grabbed the empty table when we came in. Tried my first Bushwacker, now I need more. Its a chocolate, banana, and rum drink, and its spectacular. We had dinner right before we came, but their food smelled great.

A kick ass pizza joint, with a rock n roll vibe. Incredibly friendly service. An extremely basic pizza recipient that allows people with food allergies to Dairy, Eggs and tree nuts to enjoy their dough with a wide selection of delicious toppings. Their calzones are pretty good. All around, a great restaurant with a fun-loving mellow vibe. A must visit place when stopping into Nashville.
