I just had my third awful experience at SNAP. This is the third (and last) time I have been there and EVERY SINGLE time the same thing goes down. The employees do not know how to make the salads or pizzas without stopping, over and over again to look at the cards (it took twenty minutes to make a salad). Even then, something is wrong with the order every time. The employee today gave me a rock hard avocado, wayyyy too many onions, piles of corn and filled the to-go dressing container so full that it burst open in the bag. No napkins, no utensils...just a bag and the open dressing (the two other times, they literally handed me the containers with no bag) The co-workers were arguing with each other right in front of me. The lady making my salad kept stopping and putting my salad down so she could argue with her co-worker while I stood there waiting. Four men were walking back and forth seeming confused while two customers were looking around and over the counter, waiting for their food the whole time I was there (they were clearly upset). It felt like SNAP was going out of their way to do everything possible to make it an unpleasant experience. I ended up throwing the salad out b/c it was inedible. Very disappointed as so many people told me great things when it first opened. I think the concept is great and the ingredients look wonderful, it just seems like there is nobody in charge and no training provided for the employess.

I visited this place when it first opened and have been here numerous times. The problem is like most new places in that it was great in the beginning and has slowly gone downhill. The custom salads were amazing with all the option you can include making it very tasty when salad is typically bland for me. The green goddess dressing was absolutely out of this world at first. Obviously the recipe for this dressing has changed drastically as it is now very runny and the flavor has also changed. Like other reviewers I agree that it seems as if the workers are more worried about having a good time amongst each other and therefore customers ordering are interrupting then. I have also had the unpleasant feeling of someone not wanting to make my salad and just rushing through it as if they hated their job or didnt want to be there. Their is a clear lack of management present at this place and its starting to show. Unfortunately this place wont last long when there is a lack of a managing precense and the employees dont even know how to make the items. Training is lacking. Might want to label the dressings more clearly as I had an employee who gave me the wrong one and boy did I find out the hot way as it was a jalapeño variety. You just cant be that lacking in attention to detail. I am done going here until it looks like things have turned the corner. Shame!

Really wanted to like this place. Great idea and location and I really wanted another regular lunch location. I hope management reads this and makes some changes; otherwise this local will never return or recommend. We went in early July. Maybe they just hired a lot of new summer employees but service was terrible. There were half a dozen people behind the counter chatting with each other and not paying attention to the customers or what they were doing. They made it seem like I was interrupting their conversations. I had to repeat myself multiple times when asked about toppings and options (I dont have an accent and I speak loudly, they were not paying attention). On top of that, they got my order completely wrong. Please retrain your people, the work can easily be completed with 2-3 well trained employees engaged in the job rather than socializing among themselves. Other minor complaints, please use less volume of oil at the last step, my pizza was drowning in oil. I would have enjoyed my pizza even though it wasnt what I asked for if there was 1/3rd the oil. Also, please relocate your drink station; it creates a bottleneck right in the middle of the restaurant, relocate it to the same side as the kitchen near the checkout location. Idea/quality of food - 4 stars Service/execution - 0 star

Pizza was good for a fast pizza. The gluten free crust tasted much better than the normal crust (I tried both - im not gluten insensitive). The gluten free crust is a little thinner and slightly burnt on the edges (slightly similar to Anthonys Wood Stove Pizza). The normal crust was "chewier" and heavier, although still thin. The size of the pizza is perfect - just enough. I read online that the toppings are organic so if thats the case then this will be my new spot. Hard to find healthy pizza options - especially ones this fast. Would have given it 5 stars but when I called in (to place an order for pickup), the person who answered the phone was in a full blown conversation with another employee....seemed like a full 7 seconds before she said hello to me. Felt like I was calling a friends house - not a restaurant. Look past the customer service "issues" and try it out - I will be back....

I had two good experiences here and than the most recent visit set an unfortunate tone. There does not seem to be any management or leadership within this location. The concept is GREAT, and I love the selection of ingredients. The issue seems to be that there isnt anyone giving direction, so although I had my pizza made and sent through the oven when it got to the end the woman who was cutting pizzas took over the register and there was no one to take her place. I asked for cold toppings, which she confirmed, but than when the new person took over she just cut and boxed my pizza. When I got back to work the cold toppings I had requested were no where to be found. I was left with a very plain pizza that I paid $10 for. I dont foresee this place lasting long unless something changes. Its a stressful feeling going here to get a pizza since its so disorganized!

I have to agree with R. Lees review. The food, when prepared correctly, is extremely tasty and a fun healthy choice. However, I feel uncomfortable with the personal conversations, nonchalant behaviors, and over all unprofessional vibe I keep receiving during my visits. (This review is being left after my third visit.) This part from R. Lees review summed up my experiences perfectly: "There were half a dozen people behind the counter chatting with each other and not paying attention to the customers or what they were doing. They made it seem like I was interrupting their conversations."

I got a salad from snap today which was unsatisfactory at best. A few hours later I come to find my friend (1 of 3 of the people who are there) was both throwing up and having diarrhea at the same time while her body was covered in sweat. Didnt think much of it I just thought she was sick. Then an hour or so later I come to find myself in that same position. And my friend in that position a few minutes later. So if you would like some terrible food poisoning for food that wasnt even good in the first place, go to snap!
