Prices are cheap and taste it good but worst service I have ever seen. Cleanliness could get major upgrade too!!! This place is close to my office so I ended up going more than once here. First time although service was delayed, it was acceptable. Considering my first experience, I took my client here next time and I have never been so embarrassed in my life. We had to wait 15 minutes just to get the Menu not to mention one time when the server was not even knowing that Persis have a separate dinner menu. Major reason why we have such horrible service at Persis Mason is that there is no manager or owner in sight who can take care of customers. Communication is another domain where Persis staff could go miles considering current situation and probably a training might help them serve better. Overall, staff needs to be educated on how to handle customers and serve better. Considering the good name of chain, I think Persis could do better.

I do not like going to this restaurant. The food was alright but there were some problems. The naan among other dishes was too oily and greasy. The service was not friendly at all. They only got orders and there is no special interaction or friendliness. Servers seem like robots. The part of this restaurant that is truly the worst is the furniture. Persis goes for a modern look but completely avoids comfortability. The booths make the entire dining experience uncomfortable and painful while eating the food. Overall Persis claim to fame is their biryani but that is the only thing they have. Just go to other restaurants.

I ordered one boneless chicken biryani and one chicken biryani and one chicken tikka and the biryani was so bad it was just colorful dry rice without masala and it was very very dry and chicken Tikka was very dry and very salty and when we complained about the biryani they replaced one biryani which was good. It very poor customer service,we ordered over the phone for to go but still we have to wait for 30 minutes to get the food, I never seen anyone with such bad customer service, I was very much disappointed with the food and service and will not recommend anyone and will never go to persis grill again.

An amazing experience for foodies! We have been to there to Dayton branch many times but this was our first time in Mason and the experience was equally wonderful. As usual their starters were outstanding. Main course was exceptionally good. Here are the star dishes that we never get tired of eating, Gobi Manchurian and chicken tikka masala. Apart from these everything was good but these were extra-ordinarily tasty. The ambience and service both was quite impressive and the best part is that you can convey your type of tastes to the staff and they make sure they get the same.

Sep 2017: This place is under new management now and the food is awesome, service great. Their Biriyani is authentic Hyderabad style, which means meat gravy is buried under yellow and white spiced rice, not mixed. It is very flavourful, not excessively hot. They have done extensive renovations, has a full service bar, the decor is very contemporary (better than any other Indian restaurant in the tristate area) and the place is very clean. They have an awesome outdoor patio with tables for the evenings!!!

Lousy service. Insensitive staff. Invisible food! Our order was plain n simple - biryani and a portion of chicken curry. New also asked for a pepper tossed cottage cheese for our toddler. After a 45 min wait, the staff returns with cold pre-fried cottage cheese which says is kept ready to add into curries! After yet another 15 min wait, we were informed that our meal would take More time. We politely declined and left after more than a One Hour wait and a callous OK from the staff!

Perdue earned 3 stars because my husband and kids thought the food was delicious. Unfortunately, I was unable to try any of it because they do not have a single thing that is gluten-free, which is quite strange for an Indian restaurant. Indian and Thai places are usually safe for those of us with gluten allergies. The service was poor as well. They forgot my husbands meal, so the kids were finished by the time his food came.

I was very excited when this place opened in Mason, especially after the quality of food at the other Persis in Centerville degraded. To begin with, this place had great food and awesome biryani.... cant say the same about it anymore. The biryani is pathetic. Its just flavorless colored rice topped on pieces of meat. Its ironic that their specialty.. highlighted in their name.. is their worst dish.

I had heard so much about this place when I decided to try it.I went in to place a takeaway order. I was greeted by a cold disinterested person. The order did arrive on time but when we ate it the vegetarian dishes had bits of chicken in it...Had to throw it all away.Spoiled our entire evening. I am never going back and will never recommend it to anyone.

This place was really good when me and my husband went there for the first time but the second time was a horrible experience. Daal was uncooked, kadai paneer had uncooked onions and was tasteless. People say the biryani here is good but I am really skeptical about going here again. Mixed feelings for this place . Was very disappointed the second time.

The taste was very good, we like food and I wish well visit again. Your Service was also good. I enjoy your dishes but I just disappointed because in your menu you wrote free refill in soft drinks but when we asked for second refill they charged us once again. But in your menu u didnt wrote that we get just one free refill.

Horrible experience.. once I ordered takeout -pepper chicken , they gave elephant size chicken piece with 80% water in it..and chicken pieces from chili chicken too.. nonveg is disaster.. and once I ordered vada , gave uncooked vada...will not recommend...staffs are not really happy there..and hence the service too..

Persis- Disappointment at its finest. Service was not up to the mark. I guess the cook was too tired to make two separate curries. Chicken Chettinadu and Chicken Andhra had the same taste ( I definitely trust my taste buds on this) The Goat Biryani had everything in it but the GOAT.

worst place . I have ordered chicken biryani ( which is a mix of rice and chicken . No taste of biryani ) Panneer tikka .. All the panneer peices were burnt to black and they did not even bother to check before packing the food. Wil never visit this place again . Tasteless food

Best biryani i ate in usa . It is hyd style dum biryani and comes with salan and raita. I was also pleased with menu with different indian items and not the same old paneer curries that you find in every indian restaurant elsewhere. Highly recommend this one Excellent food.

There was zero warmth in way of a greeting, and we sat for over 20 minutes with no one coming to take our order; furthermore, three other patrons were seated and attended to while we were waiting. It was very offensive to be ignored; so much for our first and last visit.

Biryani is dum style and is authentic. Appetizers are also tasty (especially Gobi and Chicken Manchuria). It is a must to visit restaurant in Mason. South Indian specials on Thursdays are one of the best items they serve. Staff are also friendly and costs are reasonable.
