I have eaten there many times in the past, but today grossed me out so much I may never go back. There was a family in a booth across from me, and the mother changed her sons diaper while sitting right there. Not even on the side no one could see, but on her knee in the aisle. (At least she didnt lay him down on the booth). I stared at her and waited until she saw me, and told her how gross that was and that she should do that in the bathroom. No response - not sure if she spoke English. I got up and went to the front to talk to the manager, and while he expressed the right amount of disgust, he was all "you should tell them not to do that". I told him I did but that they didnt care or understand me, but he didnt seem inclined to do anything about it. I also told him it wasnt my job to deal with it, and he said he couldnt do anything because he didnt see it. None of the wait staff noticed or cared. Aside from that, the food is always the same, usually swimming in grease and sometimes lukewarm. The cooked to order mongolian buffet with many fresh vegetable options is the saving grace here. And this really shouldnt be the place where you get your sushi. So many better options.

Quite good, nothing particularly impressive, but worth every penny. Staff are helpful and polite, and quick to respond to your needs. A good place to eat if you dont mind a busy place with a bit of chatter in the background. (Perfect if you have small children, as even a noisy child wont really be bothersome for anyone, and you can just enjoy your meal in peace.) Food is definitely cleaner, less greasy, and easier on the stomach than your average Chinese restaurant and much better than the mall equivalent. The booths themselves were also quite clean, if not super comfortable. Definitely worth giving a shot, given the large variety of food available, youre pretty much set not matter what you like/dislike.

That did it, been eating there for years, most of the time it hasnt been bad, but there have been times that something just didnt smell or taste right. Seems that the shrimp in some of the foods is either not cooked fully or is starting to go bad. Twice I have come home and after an hour, was not feeling well. Finally, last night, same thing, not sure if it was the fried clams they now serve there or the shrimp again. Felt really crappy and couldnt even think straight, then it happened, all of it came up and out. I know something was telling me that something is wrong.... done going there. Plenty of other nicer, cheaper places to try...

So much variety and everything is so good. Mongolian grill, fresh salad bar, sushi!, and a huge desert section. Staff is attentive and available but not in your face. Also, its a huge, bright buffet place but never seems crowded no matter how busy it might get. Lowered my rating from 5 to 3 stars; its gone downhill. Food is getting boring, not fresh like it used to be, and the sushi is getting ridiculous. Mostly vegetable rolls or small, dry pieces of fish. Seating area, which is huge, is kinda dirty looking and the whole place is getting dingy. Ill wait a long while before trying this place again.

I find the wait staff to be suspect. Pay by cash and you dont get change back. That will be the tip and you wont get a receipt either. Paid by credit card and the next day I had over $2500 of fraudulent charges placed on my card at the Apple store in Manchester. Id recommend paying at the register on your the way out of the joint vs. allowing anyone to take your card for a ride while youre seated. I believe some house cleaning is needed among the transient staff operating in this establishment.

Food Quality was Horrible compared to any Chinese Buffet I had ever went to. Service was okay, But the Food is Nasty. Never Come here, I personally came here on my way back from a long trip in NH and thought this seems like a decent place. My Friends and I stopped here on a Friday Night in which we thought All Chinese Buffets serves somewhat decent food on the Weekend, But No we were sadly mistaken.

I dont know why we keep going back to this place. The food is gross but plentiful. The majority of people who frequent this place are morbidly obese! Service is good. We were given the bums rush out the door! The waitress abruptly gave us the check after 40 minutes. We went for the Chinese food which was mediocre at best. Xing Wang, right up the road, is ten times better!!!

Dont go... food was frozen and menu for drinks/soda said free refill but they told us we couldnt get a refill. Very bad service, waiter took our money and disappeared not giving us our change back. While everyone else ignored us. We stood in front of the cashier for 5-10 min and no one came back, then we looked around and said forget this...its wasting our time....

This restaurant is disgusting! My relatives and I ate here last night, October 27th hoping we would have a great get-together as I was flying back to Canada. Hell no! I found a fly on my food! The servers were rude, the utensils were dirty and food was terrible! It was my first time in NH and I had a very bad experience because of this restaurant.

Theres a big selection and nice sushi bar, but the chicken wings taste terrible (not authentic Chinese recipe) and the service is really unfriendly - especially the husband and wife management - they take your money without a smile or thank-you... I get the impression they like my money but not my business... a little too odd for me to go back...

We just moved, and this place came highly recommended. I would take away one star for the misleading sign (American, Chinese, Italian, and Japanese - its really just Chinese and Japanese with a pizza and mac and cheese), but the food was REALLY good, plus they had ice cream. They also do Mongolian bbq here, which we didnt know and was a plus.

My husband and I came here for lunch and it was the WORST food we had ever had to the point we could not even eat it.. We know never to go back again thats for sure. Everything tasted like fish and as soon as you walk in the door that is what you smell. Really, really bad..... So far the Haluwa(sp) is our favorite for the quality and price.

I come to this buffet a lot and the food is typically hot and steamy. The food style is what you would expect from any other asian buffet - oily and eaten in small portions. My only complaint about the restaurant is the lack of consistency in general. Some days, I find the flavors amazing and other days, seasoning is lacking.

When you walk into the Grand Buffet, you immerse yourself in a dim, buffet-styled setting. Ive been to this restaurant at least ten times simply for a good night out on classic Asian cuisine. The price is reasonable and the food is great. Im a big fan of the green beans and the Mongolian grill.
