Where to start with how downhill this place has gone. Let me make a numbered list to make it easier. 1. This place doesnt know how to handle when it gets busy, service gets ridiculously slow and our waitress actually told us "YOU CANT ORDER FOOD RIGHT NOW, IM TOO BUSY". Wow, thanks. 2. A group of us continually go on Thursday nights for the trivia. And used to have a wonderful waitress but now apparently Box Seats is content with having a miserable troll serve everybody. 3. There used to be mints at the door, now there are no longer mints. A strange way to pinch money. 4. Pitchers of beer have continually gone up in price since weve been there. If your drinking cold domestic, expect to pay around $12 a pitcher. Someone forgot to tell the owner that were in North Attleboro and not Boston. 5. The corn chowder is good, everything else on there menu continually leaves something to be desired. 6. For a bar atmosphere, Ive been there on more than one occasion where weve gotten the check when we didnt ask for it, effectively trying to "push" us out. Even though it wasnt even crowded. 7. Lastly, we attend this place on a weekly basis and had a good recognition with waiters and staff. Suddenly, one week we started to need to show our IDs again. I felt like Norm going to Cheers and needing to show an ID. In addition, a US PASSPORT is not sufficient identification in this place. Apparently Jason Bourne has been frequenting there and theyve seen several suspect passports there lately. We continually spend over a hundred dollars a week there, but they suddenly dont remember us. I dont mind showing my ID but the way its asked for and the lack of respect and general disregard for the customer is appalling. This place has turned into an overpriced joke, and hopefully most people will avoid this place, as myself and my friends are now looking for a new place to spend our Thursday night.

Love that they have a HUGE gluten free menu. They must make their own gluten free rolls for their sandwiches too because they dont seem like the frozen gluten free rolls most places offer. They also have a dedicated gluten free fryer. They offer take out which is convenient. Sometimes the service can be a little slow if you go in for lunch but I think the deliciousness of the comfort food they serve makes up for it. Also, if you dine in, they offer free fresh bread and soup. Some of the menu options seem a bit overpriced but the serving sizes are pretty big.

Great GLUTEN FREE food options, including seafood, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, soups, desserts & specials. They really take GF cooking & serving seriously. There is always a fresh, homemade soup of the day, free with a meal. Generally there are two soups. One soup is always gluten free. Today (3/12/17) BOTH delicious soups are gluten free. They also have specials of the day not on their regular menu, and those generally have a GF option. I have yet to get a meal that disappointed. Its ALL GOOD on their menu. Update: it is STILL all good. :-)

Food was decent, except for the lasagna, which was good. My girlfriend and I sat at the bar and witnessed/heard questionable discussions that shouldnt be talked about in front of customers. Multiple bartenders/waiters were constantly on their phones, talked about how the cash drawer was broken, discussed how much each made in food sales and last but most importantly discussed that a draft beer would likely run out and once it ran out they wouldnt refill it because they "didnt want to take ten minutes to get beer."

My wife and I go to Boxseats almost every weekend to eat and tip a few back. I read a previous review which slammed this place and what the guy wrote was 100% way off base. The staff is great from top to bottom and I have yet to find a meal there which I dislike. Maybe the previous reviewer should go back and give them another try when hes not on his period. I give Boxseats two thumbs up!

Average is the word that comes to mind. Nothing stands out or compels me to want to come back. Ive eaten here probably 7 or 8 times and its always ok. Some of the booths are badly worn out. The self serve bread and soup that is included with your meal is not great. With several good restaurants in North Attleboro, I usually opt for somewhere else.

Were new to North and were looking for some good restaurants to try out and at first were put off of Box Seats because of the negative reviews. You really cant believe everything you read! Our meals were great, atmosphere and service were great as well. We kept wondering what all the negativity was about! Great place and well definitely be back.

Ordered nachos I always eat them. They came to the table and looked good. We started to eat them, there wasnt any cheese. The chicken we ordered was microscopic. We threw 20 bucks on the table and left. So disappointed.

Have been there on a few occasions and have not been disappointed. Food above average, prices acceptable. Service was exceptional but I must admit I have only been there during lunch time. I will go there again.

Good food at a great price. All of our meals (lunches) came with free unlimited soup of the day and rolls. Service was rather slow but maybe we just got the wrong server on the wrong day.
