These guys were great! I had been locked out of my car and the locksmith took 1-2 hours and when the locksmith had finally arrived he pulled a bate and switch. He told my brother it was $60 but when he got to my car he told me $169 and threatened me if I didnt pay (I threw my keys back in and locked it). I went to the Iron Horse Tavern and told them my story as I waited for my brother and kept an eye on my car and the folks at Iron Horse gave me a drink and made me feel real comfortable and safe. They were excellent hosts and didnt have to do that for me. Classy place with classy employees and owner. Highly recommend you stop in at Iron Horse.

I have never been treated so poorly by management than I have here!! Servers were decent... Very accommodating. But I was disrespected and emberassed in front of all of the customers by the management team! I was lied to about the names of the staff while trying to resolve a simple issue and was talked to like I wasnt import and nothing to them. If theres an issue, Management should be professional and try to handle the issue properly. Well, thats not what you get here!! I cant say it enough, DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Iron horse will NEVER see my business again. Ive never been to a restaurant that conducts business more poorly.

My wife and I went there today and ate a late lunch and the food was good, service was good but I have to say something about the state of the mens bathroom ... to be blunt they were disgusting and had not been cleaned in a long time. I for one feel that a place with dirty, disgusting bathrooms has other underlying problems and I wonder what the state of the kitchen is in! There was dry, encrusted vomit on the back of the toilet door, paper towels on the floor, the waste basket full, the mirror was dirty ... please please please clean the bathrooms and these should be checked by the staff regularly to ensure cleanliness.

I went to the Iron Horse on a Wednesday night and the place was pretty slow when I walked in around 7:30pm. The staff seemed pleasant, the beer was cold, and the food was hot and delivered quickly. When I was finishing up around 9pm the place seemed to get a little busier. I didnt stay to see how things went. I think the Iron Horse is a nice place with a decent atmosphere. Id like to come back again on a busier night to see how active it is. No red flags from my visit except that it was a bit slow.

As part of the Dunwoody Tavern association I had some expectations of The Iron Horse. Overall food was nicely cooked and tasted good. I feel though that our server was a bit either overworked or not paying as much attention to us as we did have to look around to find her to get drink refills a few times. Overall though good food, decent service and will definitely be coming back even if it is a bit smaller than some other taverns we frequent.

after being a regular customer for several years to see this pub brought to its present state is a crying shame, its down to bad management, its always out of one beer or another at any given time, the staff are all unhappy there is no ambience of any kind. all the local peole now call it the "DEAD HORSE TAVERN" its like the Mary Celeste on most days, it needs a complete overhaul and put back on the map as a decent pub to be a customer of.

Amei curtir varias "HAPPY hour"com minha filha neste lugar. Cerveja e chopp variados, lanches deliciosos, com lugar externo para levar o "dog" junto... Davam até biscoitinhos caninos pra ele.

Very friendly staff, fast service! The Lobster Grilled Cheese is awesome but they first brought it to me cold, second time it was perfect! My fiance had the Spring Rolls & Shepards Pie he said they were both very bland & small serving size of the Shepards Pie, definitely not worth the price! We probably wont be back! I worked here a year ago & the food was AWESOME, what happened?

We ate outside with a rather large group. It was a little confusing for the staff and as a result refills and food took a while to get there. The food was really good. The restaurant is right down town in Norcross near the park and the train tracks. My kids loved the trains going by which help keep them interested with the wait for food.

Our favorite spot in the square - especially since they have a dog friendly patio (you may want to call ahead and make sure this is still the case.) Nice ambiance, decent beer selection, full bar, pub food (the lobster grilled cheese is just...mmmmmm), friendly service.

Went to this tavern right after a wedding and picture taking. Came all dressed up, flowers and all, and the staff was so nice. We all got a shot and made a toast. They gladly let us help celebrate the day we were Shari g with family and friends. Thank you!!!

Our favorite pub for after work hangout! Located in heart of Norcross downtown with great decor. Service is good! Good selection of beers and drinks options are available. News paper style food menu which is cool. Free parking!

The charm of this place feels very mass-manufactured but even so I like it. The menu is creative and has very satisfying, classic pub food and the staff was friendly, if a little disorganized during our visit.

Ordered fish and chips. Fish was bland, over priced and under cooked. Worst expierence with the not so friendly bartender. Needless to say I left $-12 and still hungry.

Had the vegetarian burger. Good but the sweet potato fries were the best. Kind of reminds me of "CHEERS" everyone knows your name. We felt right at home.

Great food -- I loved the Tuscan sandwich! The service has always been pretty attentive, and the patio is a nice place to eat lunch on a pleasant day.

Low energy, schlubby help, stale/safe beer selection, smelly... Needs to be bought by an independent owner and revitalized. Sad this is in Norcross.

Good neighborhood atmosphere for hanging out. Loved the menu selections and the temp the food came to the table. Ill be visiting this place again.
