I am the server with the tattoos you guys been talking about thank you! For the reviews and good comments!!! Ive done gave my all for this store!!! And at the end of the day intead of being promoted tjey are basally taking the job from me for no apparently reason because they havent even gave me a right explanation for giving one of UR BEST WORKERS ONLY 5HRS A WEEK!!! WHEN THE STORES IS DOING GOOD NOW BCAUSE OF ME!!...I REALLY THOUGH THE NEW GM WAS GONNA B THE TEAMMATE I NEED IT TO MAKE THE STORE WHAT IT IS..but ended up being a lair and a very fake ungrateful person!!! Thats olny hatting and scared one day i will take hia job and thats The only logical explanation I see to it...BECAUSE WHY BASACLLY TAKE OUT THE ROSTER THE PERSON THAT BASACLLY MADE THE STORE WHAT IT IS NOW!! BEST WORKER NEVER MISS OR LATE AND FROM ONE DAY TO ANOTHER THAT U SEE THAT UR SERVER IS ALOT MORE RESPONSIBLE THAT U ARE JUST BECAUSE U THE GM U JUST GONNA PUSH HIM OUT AND NOT CARE THE WORK SACRIFICE AND THE FAMILY HE INRESPOSABILITY PLEASE PPL SHARE THIS AND MAKE THIS GET WHERE IT NEEDS TO GET CUZ I NEED TO B HURD AND EXPLAIN WHY IM BEING BLACJ BOLD LIKE THIS MAN!?... Pizza hut in general has not given me a bad experience that wasnt taken care of by the staff at other locations. I was staying nearby and decided to pick the closest location (this one).. what a mistake! First off they messed up our order, but surprisingly that wasnt the frustrating part. We asked for pork on one half of our pizza and it clearly was not on there, so can somebody tell me why it took 3 staff (including the manager) to come to the consensus that there was no pork on the pizza?? They finally then decide at that point to remake the pizza, as a side note they never offered us the original for (free the inconvenience). With that alone, a simple pick up turned into a 25 minute waiting game. BUT that wasnt the final straw... once I get back to my hotel I realize that not only was the pizza not that warm, but they charged me for a 2 liter drink that they did not give us! Being at a hotel there really wasnt anything there to drink so I had somebody else call (because at this point I was livid) to see of they could do something about the entire situation. Do you know that they offered us a whopping $3 credit on our next order to their location or a "free" pepsi the next time we came back. What a laugh! I will never order from this location again... Ive gotten more compensation for my inconvenience for more minor mistakes. Long story short? STAY AWAY.

Terrible!!! Terrible!!! Terrible!!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING!!!!! Let me start by saying I am never ordering from Pizza Hut again, and neither is anyone in my office. We ordered a medium pizza at 1:15 pm figuring it would arrive in time for our lunch at 2 pm. The restaurant then charged for a large pizza with no explanation given. By the time 2 pm rolled around it still was not here. I called to check on the order and was hung up on not once, but twice. One of those times was by the manager. In the end, our allotted half hour lunch break was over and we ended up cancelling the order at 2:40pm. When I called to cancel the lady that answer again was super rude once more and hung up on me. I sincerely hope I get my money back in a timely fashion. Now let me say this, Ive worked in the food service industry and the customer service that was displayed by that restaurant was abysmal. Thankfully there was a Jimmy Johns nearby and while we were had to eat at our desks, at least we got our order in a timely fashion. Please dont bother wasting your time, patience or money. Worst customer service ever!!!!!

I enjoy Pizza Hut and have been going since I was a kid. But this one needs some work. Ive never had an issue with the taste but the service staff always seem flustered with just a few customers waiting on orders. Ive never seen anyone who looks like a manager and everyone who works there just looks sketchy. The wait staff consists of one person who does waiting tables, answering phones and pickup. The business model and staffing needs some serious work on handling tasks and customer service. They always seem to have issues with the computer I only ever come here for pickup and I would defiantly suggest that that is the base of their customers now. I only see maybe one party at a time in the restaurant sitting and eating. The model needs to be updated for their changing customer base.

One star may have been to high of a rating. The restaurant was not clean. The lettuce on the salad bar was brown. Cinnamon sticks were so hard my child thought she broke a tooth biting into it. Most of the items looked like they had been there since 11:00am it was 1:30pm then. Upon walking through the door to be seated the gentleman said "no orders only the pizza and salad bar during this time. No others will be made." We were deeply disappointed. Then it cost almost $9 a person. The food was not fit to eat. Store had a 99 on their sanitation inspection. Someone turned a blind eye toward them. Luckily I have eaten at other Pizza Huts otherwise that would have been my last trip, ever.

Worst service. Ill still order from other locations but this location is screwed up. Its the cooks in the back, the poor girl up front was trying. My 6 yr old daughter just ordered a personal pan pizza and we were told it would be 15 min. There was 1 table with 2 people at it and 1 person waiting at the counter ahead of us. 50 min later we finally said took one they cooked for someone else (but it wasnt cooked to our specs) just so we had something. The whole time the girl up front kept saying but this guy ordered a while ago and they kept handing her pizzas for other people who came in 30 min after us. Needs new management and new staff in the kitchen.

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because the server was amazing...A guy with tattoos who was running around doing everything on his own and doing it well. However, I wont return because the manager is horrible and rude. He cant manage and needs to be fired. I just sat over an hour waiting on one pizza that never came. It was made wrong twice and the manager finally said to just take what he made. Im vegetarian and so was the entire party of 10+ next to me. The manager put everything out with meat after continuous requests for veggie from over a dozen people for over an hour on their lunch break.
