JUST SOMETHING TO EDUCATE THE MANAGEMENT TEAM! AND CUSTOMERS THAT TIP AT SONIC TAKE NOTE THAT THE MANAGEMENT TEAM TAKES SOME OR ALL OF THE TIPS YOU GIVE THESE HARD WORKING KIDS THAT SERVED YOU. Employer Ownership of Tips Colorado wage law allows for an employer to assert claim to, right of ownership in, or control over tips only if: the employer posts a printed card at least 12 inches by 15 inches in size with letters one-half inch high in a conspicuous location at the place of business. The card must contain a notice to the general public that all tips or gratuities given by the patron are not the property of the employee, but instead belong to the employer. If the employer does not post a printed card detailing tip ownership as described above, the employer may not exert any control over cash tips designated for an employee." THIS CARD IS NOT POSTED THERFORE TIPS ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE EMPLOYEE. THIS THIEVING ASS COMPANY TOOK WELL OVER $100 IN TIPS YESTERDAY FROM MY 16 YR OLD. "Permissible Working Hours" In cases of dual jurisdiction between state and federal youth labor requirements, those that set the higher standard or provide greater protection to the employee would prevail. For Colorado, based on that, no employer is allowed to work a minor more than 40 hours in a week or more than eight hours in any 24-hour period. Overall work limitations for those under 16 are: no more than three hours on a school day including Fridays; a limit of eight hours on a non-school day; and no work time in excess of 18 hours during a school week. For the purposes of enforcement in this area, Friday is considered a school day. Additionally, on school days, during school hours, no minor under the age of 16 is permitted employment unless he or she has a school release permit. Such a permit can be issued only by the superintendent of the school district where the minor is enrolled. 45 TO 58 HOURS IN A WEEK AND UP TO 14 HOUR DAYS IS NOT LEGAL FOR A 16 YR OLD!

Been a long time customer of Sonic. From Texas to Colorado. Many locations in Colorado. Last 3 times Ive been to this location... complete dysfunction! In the 10 minutes that I waited to place my order at the walk up window on my visit just now, my daughter and I witnessed the following: 1) Greasy Caucasian dude changing clothes at the counter. 2) Overweight girl sitting on the counter while on her cell phone. 3) Repeated dirty looks from a girl while she sipped on her cup and picked at her face (probably because I was ringing the button excessively while looking at her after waiting eight minutes to be served while all of this was taking place) 4) Had people waiting behind us at the walk up window, line in the drive thru, saw about 7 out of however many is on their crew in the window, and my 10yo daughter points out one that was working. The last time I was there, I was told there was no ice cream, no burgers, no large drinks, small only, and some other ridiculous sh**t that I cant remember. Needless to say, they had nothing to offer so I spent a couple of more bucks at Smashburger. Ive always liked Sonic, because of their timeliness, friendliness, accuracy, and price. This location has failed in an epic way, and since this is my neighborhood Sonic, I will adapt to always spend more at Smashburger to never, ever experience what I just experienced at the Northglenn Sonic. I wish I had the option to give zero stars.

This location used to be one of the best and one of the faster locations until about 6 months ago. Now they are slow and the employees are rude. Today was the third time I have gone there for breakfast and they had the back door open but when I pulled up in the drive through I sat there for 10 minutes and no one greeted me or even attempted to take my order. I pulled into a stall and pushed the button to order and again nothing. Like I said...third time this has happened. Two of the times my coworker and I attempted to call to find out what time they open and asked for a Manger and they hung up on us every time we called. Went back one time later in the day and finally got someone. We asked what time they opened and she said 6am and said they eye there the whole morning. When we asked why at 8am no one was doing their job she only said that they were there and maybe they were doing inventory....She had no response when we pointed out that every drive through has an alert system for when people drive up so customers dont get ignored. She claimed to be the manager but also looked like she was maybe 17-18 years old and was not professional at all. This is now the worst location in Colorado. Not sure what happened but maybe they need to reconsider their staff.

I unfortunately could not give zero stars! The worst experience ever! At 6:45 I pulled up to drive through and waited, no one answered. Should have taken the hint, but no I pull around into a parking spot to order. Clearly order 2 sonic blasts, paid at the spot with my card, a rather low amount but thought there was a special or they felt bad for not waiting on me in the drive through. So then waited and waited and waited and waited and yep still waited. Finally pushed the button and asked where our order was, I was then told they were right there and they would bring it out. So upon delivery I am told by the sonic employee that she will need to take my card as I was only charged for one blast. I almost hit the roof. I couldnt belive it! Not the fact that I waited in drive through, then again in a spot she wanted to disappear with my card to charge me for THEIR mistake. I felt like it was a scam to get my card and was appalled. I took the opportunity with blast I paid for and told her she could keep the other and I wouldnt be back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUTOMER SERVICE.

I wish I could give negative stars. This place is a disaster. Pulled into the stall to find the comp system broken. The outside garbage cans were overflowing with trash all over the floor, tables were sticky and dirty. I ordered food for 5 people and not one thing came correct. When I told the employee about my incorrect order he seemed to be in utter disbelief, and I really had to walk him over my receipt. This Sonics is ran by idiot teenagers that seemed more interested in talking to their friends than doing their jobs. Their second attempt at our order came out cold...the manager seems nice enough, but has a crew of children. Their employees were giving their friends free food by the door rather than giving us the food we paid for. My family waited 45min before our order came out. And lo and behold it was wrong again.....I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! This restaurant is a DISGRACE TO THE SONIC BRAND. This is ridiculous.... ruined my family night.

Food is ALWAYS cold, they are always out of ice cream or ice cream machine is broken, employees are rude. One time they ran my card two times so when I called to speak to the manager "Ashley" they left me on hold for almost 15 minutes. While on hold, they were cussing and talking about how they didnt give a **** about the job. They were degrading the customers and mentioning how theyd #### one of the female customers if they could. Once they realized I was on hold but could hear EVERYTHING they hung up. I tried calling back 3x but no luck. I tried calling another sonic to speak with a manager but they refuses to speak with me... It is very disappointing that Sonic was once amazing, now its a dump. Tonight we went to get ice cream because we always believe 2nd chances are needed. We pulled up to the car hop to find out the machines were not only out of order but there ice cream machine was once again broken.. We wont ever visit there again.
