Food is less than average. Chinese food is my favorite and Ive been to several Chinese restaurants and I would rate this a 4 out of 10. This is my 2nd time at this restaurant and only reason I came back is proximity to work but will not return. Customer service is terrible. They didnt even check or offer to refill my water or tea. I had to flag them down to get my check even though there was hardly anyone there. Lastly what killed it is when I was paying. I was traveling on business and used my diners card here the first time I came a few weeks ago. It was prompting me to enter a passcode which came as I surprise since I was never prompted before at other places and I have been using my card for several months now. The young lady at the counter was nice enough to try and swipe the card instead of the chip reader and that worked. Yesterday, when I came back, it was an older Chinese couple manning the place. When it was time to checkout, I used the same diners card and had the same issue. Asked the older Chinese lady to try swiping it as that worked last time and she refused. She was also quite mean, loud, and curt. I tried to explain to her what worked last time and she just kept cutting me off and insisting I enter my pin. She wouldnt even try it which really pissed me off. She told me use other card or pay in cash. No other option. She just kept talking over me. I didnt want to make a scene so just decided to pull another card. I will never come back to this place.

Ok, Ill try to be reserved on this one. First time in on a Friday night. 3 other people in the place, that was our first concern, especially when all of the other places around it were full. Has a worn look to it, so must have been here a while. Service was ok, but appetizers and soup came about the same time as the meal. Hhmmnnn, wasnt busy, so what was with that? Soup, a little bland. Ordered the Mongolian Triple Delight. It wasnt a delight. Greasy plate of mostly onions with some chewy beat-up gelatinous beef, chicken and a few shrimp added. Lots of black pepper all over it. Didnt look appetizing. No flavor, like eating a plate full of onions with too much black pepper and loaded in oil, with some gag-me beef added. Bathroom, a disaster. Filthy, crusty, with dark stagnant grey water in puddles covering sink as well a other areas. Can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. It was quiet though, because when we left, there was only one other table occupied, prime time on a Friday night. I guess that says it all.

My husband and I just ordered our third meal for delivery from Jasmine in Lone Tree. We are done eating here. Becauase of the first 2 times of our order getting screwed up, I spent extra time on the phone explaining exactly what we wanted. By the way, it was no special orders. Just straight off the menu. Well, the doorbell rang and when we opened the bag, order was wrong again. We called them and they said they would do nothing. They have lost our business and anyone we would have referred. You would think in the current economic times people would be a bit more accomadating, especially when they were in the wrong.

My family and I went here for dinner for the first time, and we were shocked and nauseated to find a dead FLY cooked in our fried rice!! I immediately told the staff, and they took 15% off our bill. They did not seem surprised about the fly. This restaurant has tons in flies in it flying around the dining area. I hate to think what the kitchen looks like. We left immediately and left our un-eaten food behind. We couldnt bring ourselves to continue eating our meal. We will not be returning ever again.

Let me start by saying that Im a picky eater having experienced Asian food in Los Angeles, NYC, Tokyo, Korea. But this doesnt come close. The pork fried rice can only be described as wet and clumpy as if the rice started out too moist and then all the oil and soy sauce just made it worse. I couldnt get past that because if the rice isnt good, then I didnt want to be disappointed by anything else.

The food tastes not very great and the customer service is horrible. They always end up charging more than its supposed to. Also, whenever I try to order something, they are very mean about it and charge for everything. The restaurant is not very clean either. I am never going here again. There are many different chinese restaurants to go to.

We drive nearly 15 miles one way to go here and love it. We have been coming for a year and a half and have yet to have a bad meal - or bad service. We have brought out-of-town guests here several times all with good outcomes. In fact, we are on our way tonight because its too hot to cook. Give it another try!

Long wait. bad food. the fish special was actually a frozen breaded fish fillet. It seriously looked and tasted just like the gordons fish fillets that I refuse to buy from the grocery store. I still cant believe they served me frozen breaded fish. It was by far the worst Chinese food Ive ever had.

Just stopped in today while waiting for my car to get worked on. Service was good until I sat down. No service after that. Food was pretty bad. Left over half my plate and no one asked if i wanted a to go plate or anything so Im guessing they must be used to it. Would not recommend.

Went back after not going for 2 years. Stopped going originally because they tried to nickle and dime us. This time it was the food that was the problem. It was so bland that I dont know if they used any seasoning at all. They need to rework their recipes

Complained that my food was cold, the manager refused to take the horrible dish off my check, he had another person help us after he yelled at us. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I cannot believe they are still open for business.

I will never go back to this place. It took 2 hrs to deliver my food, I live 2 miles away. When i called they placed the phone on the counter without asking me to hold. Poor management. Horrible service. Would not recommend.

food is hit and miss. i ordered panang chicken that i found had mostly large strips of eggplant and very little chicken in it. lettuce wrap appetizer is oddly tomato-y instead of spicy. service is always quick.

Food was awful , ordered shrimp fried rice around 8pm and ricewas mushy and shrimp barley cooked, like they were in a hurry to cook and delivery. First time and last time ordering. GROSS

All you guys with terrible reviews for this place make me question a lifetime of decisions Ive made. My wife hates the food here, I really like it. I always get carry out, though.
