Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this Jack in the Box. I pulled up into the drive through and to the speaker. The speaker came on, "Can I take your order?" I said, "Yes, can I have one moment please." Then immediately the speaker bounced back, "Your moment it up." I replied back jokingly saying, "Dangit!" since I had thought it was a joke. This person was not joking. They said next, "Im not suppose to wait on anyone. This is fast food." REALLY? I waited 10 or 15 more seconds and gave him our order. Once my food was in hand I looked right at the older gentlemen (named Jim on the receipt) and said, "Your Customer Service is Lacking. Unacceptable." What really bothered me was there was no one behind us waiting and the parking lot was dead.

As of 9/7/2016 Not open 24 hours any more... the below are old reviews. Finally they were open at 12:15 am!! I called and they answered the phone and thats how I knew I could go there and that they would be open! In the past they were not open 24 hours. At around 12:00 am the employees put a cone out that claims that they are cleaning the fryers... This has happened 4 times now and I have never been able to get anything from this location after 11:00 pm. The 4 times I have been there were 12:20 am, 1:30 am, 4:40 am, and 2:00 am. Try calling them at those times they dont answer the phone either.

So many of the problems others have mentioned: incredibly slow service, wrong orders, lobby or drive-thru inexplicably closed at various hours. After countless wrong orders, the other day was the last straw when the women at the counter gave me BURNT curly fries and said they looked that way because of the oil. "Theyre fine." What a joke. Manager seems like a noble fellow that tries but doesnt seem to spread to all employees working there. So sad we lost the Carls JR in Castle Rock, it would be so much better than this place.

They were out of most of the food we wanted to order and all but a few soda drinks were out. No lids or straws as well as containers for condiments. The tables were filthy and we had to ask someone to clean them. We were ordering and the employee said hold on and walked away to answer his cellphone. He also told male customers to use the ladys room he does it all the time. The staff was also loudly arguing with one another on what jobs need to be preformed. The first syrup we got for our pancakes was opened.

Dont get me wrong, I love Jack in the Box. But THIS PARTICULAR ONE IS TERRIBLE. CONSISTENTLY. Theyre constantly out of ingredients, Ive pulled up in the drive through and had to go inside cause no one would answer, Ive NEVER waited LESS THAN 20 minutes for my food. JITB is my favorite fast food restaurant, but I dont go to this one. Id rather wait till Im near one an hour away. Dear owner of this franchise: get it together! Your restaurant is absolutely the worst Ive ever been to!

Worst service ever!! A big girl quit right in front of us and while talking with her friends in the lobby were cussing in front of my little four year-old. Then it took 10 minutes for them to even take my order and over 10 minutes for me to get my order then they lock the doors while my son and I were eating because they did not have enough staff to serve people. Very unprofessional and I wish that big girl didnt quit but I wish that she got fired instead!! Dont go there trust me!!?

Not open 24 hours. Lobby was closed for unspecified reasons. Older lady working drive thru was rude, interrupted me and got my order wrong because of it, and tried to act like it was my fault. Soda tasted weak. Car ahead of me (it was a van and I saw 3 drinks and one big bag only so not a large order) waited almost 8 minutes, which clogged up the line at 1030am. Two stars only because the food was good and they fixed my order immediately.

This is like my 8th visit, they still havent gotten any of my orders right. Bread was hard like it was sitting all day. I cant keep "giving it another chance". Just close this location already. We need a real managed company. The creepy short guy with all the dogs? Come on now... Second update, for just the last hour. The mens sink trickles water, no adjustment and the toilet makes farting sounds. Like really people? Get out of our town!

Please shut this place down, I always come here thinking that the last time I came here it was a fluke. The service is deplorable, the seating areas are never clean, the soda machines are always empty. And youd swear they were butchering the cow as long as it takes to get a sandwich from them. Worst Jack in the Box Ive ever been to, hands down. Do not go here unless you have time to wait and eat in filthy conditions.

Every time I try to go through the drive thru, its not serving food. Why claim to be open 24 hours if you dont serve at 11:00 pm on a Saturday night? The reasons have been: vent cleaning, fryer changing, grill break down, sometimes the drive thru is blocked with cones, on and on. Im starting to realize the kids working there dont want to work so they make up reasons to send away business. Im done trying.

I recently switched to the overnight shift at this location a couple weeks ago. It is true that we have had to close on a number of occasions recently. We are currently undergoing a change in management and are working on getting the store in a more efficiently running manner. We apologize for ANY inconvenience anyone has experienced. As of July 30th, I no longer work at this location or for the company.

Itd be really nice if the management would step up and run this store. My husband and I ordered 2 ultimate breakfast sandwiches, and we both got 2 pieces of bread with 2 eggs in between. Just pathetic- not to mention, we waited in the drive thru line for over 7 minutes... And there was only one other car there. YOU GUYS ARE TERRIBLE! Where is your district manager at driving you guys to be better!?

I love the food at Jack in the Box restaurants, but this one seems to be struggling with having enough staff and it affects their service. Many times the lobby is closed, drive though takes FOREVER, and they run out of things frequently. This Jack in the Box is close to my home, but Id drive to the one in west Parker or Highlands Ranch for now. I hope management can turn this one around!

The last three times Ive pulled over to get food here... the lobby has been closed... Only the drive-thru open. At present Im sitting in the Drive-Thru line and the clock is at 11 minutes since I pulled up. I get the sense that everyone working in there is doing their best and are super good people. That being said I think what is lacking is leadership. Or perhaps they are understaffed.

After two hour drive from Pueblo, I was looking forward to some Jack for breakfst. VERY disappointed they were closed on a Sunday morning at 8:15a. Lobby doors locked and drive-they locked by comes. Sign in the door says "open 24 hours." Went to NO across the street instead. Also tried calling...no answer and no voicemail. Who is in charge of this??? VERY disappointing Jack!!
