I went in tonight i ordered a small combination plate added hamberger to my burrito did not like the hamberger told my server jessica i didnt like so i asked to just go ahead and get bean burrito she brougt food a bill still had hamberger on the ticket i asked will you take the up grade off my bill didnt like says yes told i couldnt eat taco didnt like taco for not liking hamberger said she cant for it is a platter so i asked how much a taco is she said 299 or 250 any said can not take off my ticket so i said can i please talk with the manager sshe said she left at 7.30 then she started yelling at me and told me to get out she was so mean Ive never seen some one so rude she yelled at from across the restraint when Im asking the lady what is corporate office number she did not need to yell at me I was not Bering any way mean she yelled from the bar Im gonna pay for your food now get out thank goodness the restaurant just got a very sad guest empty I am so embarrassed said had to be yelled at from a server for what the there wasnt a manager to stop her from yelling at me so sad I wish a manager could of just helped me she would not had to yell and scream at me for nothing sa I am calling manager tomorrow so in

This is honestly one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. When we walked in, we waited 15 minutes until our drinks were served. We were provided chips, and after 15 minutes we wanted some more chips. Since the waitress hadnt even look at us, I had to walk up to the front counter to ask if we could have some more chips. I walked up to the counter, and there were a total of 3 waiters on staff, and two of them were on their phone. I asked for more chips, and one of the waiters rolled her eyes and got us chips. We waited another 30 minutes for our food, and when it finally came, we had no silver ware. I asked for some silver ware, and the waitress said "No, they are all dirty". So there we waited for another 15 minutes until someone decided to go back and clean some silverware so we could actually eat our food. This continued, even on simple requests like asking for a refill of water. The food was pretty good, but the service was absolutely terrible. Looking at the other reviews on the restaurant, it looks like Im not alone. Very good food, but terrible service.

Weve been going to this location since they opened we used to go to the one in Golden we never had a problem with the one in Arvada until today my son-in-law always gets the same exact thing and the last time it had onions in it he asked this time for no onions and whoever was there waitressing was very snotty and very snippy and said it has always had onions in it I think my son-in-law would know that it did not have onions before and the cashier was rude to my daughter she was also very snotty and very snippy and Suzette and Thomas we have been to the golden one when you were the little bitty restaurant for years went to the bigger restaurant and now Ive been going to the Arvada and never ever had this problem before however Im not too happy we have gone as much as two three times a week when we been really busy and didnt want to cook today is Aug 29 approx 6:15 also she put one of the bags on the floor and walked away

I have been going to this place for quite some time. I have been ordering "vegetarian" food the whole time. There were times when I thought I found a piece of meet in my meal (a very small one) and was willing to give the staff the benefit of the doubt, thinking "Oh well, a little meat mistake never hurt me." After a number of incidence like this it was finally revealed to me that they do not serve vegetarian green chili, and that I had been eating pork the whole time. Whether or not ignorance was at play isnt even in question. I specifically asked for vegetarian food every single time I entered the place and was served pork with reckless abandon. Additionally, the service has ALWAYS been terrible and untimely. There is often no one watching the restaurant floor. Unfortunately, I will not be eating here any longer.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My dad and I got a take out order and at home I had eaten most of my food when I took a bite and there was a long blonde hair in my food, I have no where near blonde hair so I called and was told I needed to take it in for them to see it. So I took it in and instead of being told Im sorry there was hair in your food and try to make it right it was my fault for not checking my food before I left the restaurant. They did not want to refund me for my food and had to call the manager and she didnt even want to refund me. It is the workers responsibility to make sure their hair does not end up in the customers food and it is the managers responsibility to make sure her employees are following such standards.

Ive been coming here since I was 5, so 45+ years. This place has some of the greatest Chile Verde you will ever find, and the rest of the menu is great also. Our favorites are the deluxe breakfast burritos (I get em extra-hot), and the chile rellenos. Do yourself a favor and eat here! The people who say the service is slow and rude obviously have an agenda of some sort, because thats absolutely false! Taste is subjective, time is absolute. My OPINION is, They have the best breakfast burritos. The FACT is, They are very fast. Maybe the negative reviews are from McDonalds burrito fans.

Ive been eating at Santiagos for decades. They have gotten very consistent now with their recipes for the many different branches several of which dont really even have a dining area. I happen to be watching the door and take out counter right now and its looks to me that the wait is just long enough to ring up and pay for the order. The one Im dining at for brunch isnt too busy at the moment the wait staff is spending a bit of time talking to patrons. Best value in the region with great food.

Ive kept coming here for a few months now. Santiagos used to have a good call in response. Well this is no more. Called in the order. Took me 20 mins to get to the restaurant and still had to wait another 15 minutes. This is the second santiagos in this area to do absolutely terrible with customer service. Also the person behind the counter felt that she had to tell me to wait to be helped after she had gotten through everyone else in line but me. Took 5 minutes for her to come back

10-20-2012 Ordered over the phone and was looking forward to ordering something, taking it home and having a nice meal with my girlfriend, instead we show up and they have no record of our order. To add insult to injury, they accused my girlfriend of calling the wrong location. For the record, when we got home we called the same number, explained the situation to the manager and she remembers the incident, meaning not at the wrong location.
