My fiancee & I met up with two friends here because it was halfway between them and us. Outside, the area is a bit run down - not much going on there it seemed and some of the shops were closed permanently. The interior of this place is a little better, but still rough. Walking towards the back, the ugly carpet just kind of ends in a frayed mess leaving a couple tables in the very back sitting on concrete. Kind of strange, as though a renovation was started and they just bailed on it. The lighting is not very welcoming. The menu is a bit hard to read because the font, while cute, does not lend itself to easy perusing. As for the food itself, it was just decent. All together we had 5 dishes. The Tod-mun fish cakes to start were a bit weird: very oily and spongy, but tasted okay. Pad Thai was good - my favorite of the dishes. The pineapple fried rice was just okay. I only took a bite of the other 2 dishes. One was a broad noodle dish and it wasnt bad. the other was the BBQ chicken dish, which was pretty weak. All of them were skimpy on the meat. The "prawns" were really just jumbo shrimp and not much chicken all around. I should also note that I ordered "medium" spicy and while I enjoyed the level of heat, it was definitely closer to a "hot" - the girls thought it was too spicy. So be aware. All in all, it was decent food, but the atmosphere could use a little work. The lone server was nice, but was more focused on take out orders than the few people in the restaurant. Seemed like most people just order takeout here, and I would recommend just sticking with that approach.

Decent Thai food in close vicinity to Touro! While the food and prices were decent, I was rather disappointed by the speed of service! There was probably a 20 minute wait between ordering and being seated. (During this time, there was only one other table taken too) I had the chance to try two of their noodle dishes! Pad Thai: This was a pretty typical pad thai in decent portions. Their flavoring was pretty typical, and thankfully not too salty. There werent very many pieces of chicken however, and my friend nearly thought he ordered vegetarian by accident until he found one. Pad Siam: The portion for this is a tad smaller than the pad thai, and the noodles were not quite I expected. They use what tasted like instant-ramen noodles, but complemented it with decent seasoning. Thai iced tea: Strong iced tea as usual - I would recommend asking for light ice or you might end up with a glass of ice. Overall, food is not bad and Im just glad that theres a Thai restaurant close to Mare Island. I would recommend watching out for how spicy their food can be though - my limit is their medium spiciness and I can tolerate a reasonable amount of heat. The service was on the slower side, but we were on a study break so we enjoyed the time off.

This place is Simply DELICIOUS!!!!! My brother, sister and I brought our families here for our Moms 80th birthday. They wanted Thai, and there are only 2 choices in Vallejo. This restaurant, hands down, by far, is the best Thai in the area. Parking was at a premium, but the food excelled beyond belief. A small, quaint eatery with robust flavor......a very pleasant surprise!!!!! Every dish was excellent....even the pickiest eaters of our family loved their cooking.....you should have your own memories here. Thank you to the authors of previous reviews, we wouldve probaby overlooked this gem and missed out on a great experience with phenominal taste, in our own backyard. Thank you Steve, and Bao!

You can go anywhere for pad thai and yellow curry. But the hidden treasure at this place is the Laotian dishes. These guys make *Lao style* som tam. With the stinky fish sauce, like its supposed to be. And they can do it nuclear-spicy for you. Its quite a surprise to find it outside the cities. The best meat dish to mellow the burn is mu yang. Wash it all down with palm juice. Yes, they have that. I take away one star for no sticky rice.

Simple Thai, very sad, if you are not there for your customers, how do you expect to have them there for you? Sunday afternoon, no show. Good food, and friendly service, but who ever heard of having to call ahead every single time you want to go and have a meal at a restaurant with posted hours? Whats the matter? Good restaurant, wrong place??? Good-bye. Fed up with Vallejo.

When you want some good Thai curry, theres not many options around Vallejo... so when I found this place and sat down for the first time.. I wasnt expecting too much. Needless to say, I was blown away by the flavors they bring in.. the food is delicious, and they provide great service. Other places around here just dont fulfill my expectations.. This place is a must-try.

Very poor customer service. We waited an hour and 10 minutes for our food without even receiving our appetizers. They wanted us to pay for the food before we ever received, tasted or saw it. When we asked to adjust the bill, the person addressing us was very rude. Told us to take it or leave it. Would never recommend this restaurant because of the treatment received.

The manager crafted very large, dangerously delicious Manhattans for us! The bar was so cozy by the fire, that we ordered lunch there. My husband ordered the shrimp with scallops. They were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Served over a bed of lightly sautéed spinach with a delicate cream sauce. Came with fresh baked, chewy bread sticks. My Cobb Salad was...

Napoli had been on my list to visit for some time and I finally got the chance this week for my daughters birthday. The sushi restaurant she wanted to eat at was closed for lunch on Saturdays, so we decided to give Napolis a try. It was not busy so we were seated right away.

Famous for their pizza. I recommend the Tonys Special. Their Minestrone Soup, Italian Wedge Salad, Gluten Free Penne option are, also, some of my favorites. A cold day, a warm day, or an indulge day... theyve got something delicious for EVERY day. Buon appetito!

Very spicy pad Thai. I love it. They also strive to remember their customers. I returned for the 1st time after a 6 month hiatus. They remembered my order even though it was only my 3rd time ever. The portion sizes are good

Best restaurant in town. Love it! The guys are super helpful and friendly. Definately, my goto place. Good price for good food and good portions! Medium runs a little hot but thats the way thai food should be.
