Usually I wouldnt write a review on a deli. But the burger I got from here last night was so good I had to review this spot. Not much to say about strawberry deli. standard NYC bodega here. you will find drinks, household items, candy, snacks, baked goods, tobacco and a full fledged deli. Last night i walked in here after a night of drinking in the meatpacking district. I had a taste for a burger. I ordered a cheeseburger and to my surprise it was delicious! nothing special about this burger. It was just seasoned well and stacked with fresh, crisp lettuce and tomato. The melted cheddar sealed the deal. As simple as it was it was actually the best burger I have had in some months. 4 stars to strawberry deli. I needed one thing from them and they did it well. Im pretty sure there are multiple places to get a burger with in a few blocks of this deli but I doubt any of them have a better burger for $6

The juices are so good and they have an excellent variety of fruits and vegetables to create your juice or smoothie with. Beware if youre in a rush though, as I went in to grab a quick juice and they wouldnt serve me, it looked like the juice guy was making sandwiches :( They also have an excellent selection of veggies for a salad or to create your own sandwich. Its not always easy to find all these options. They even have vegan cookies. (I do wish they would use better bread though, the sandwich bread has iffy ingredients.) Its small but it definitely has a great selection of items.

Use to go all the time, even after I had hair in my food. I spoke to them and they seem cool so I got over it. The last straw was when my co-workers had something more than just a piece of hair in it. Stopped going after that. Good smoothies though.

Bad people , worst Service. ..the man in the counter was extremely rude and refused to sell me anything. Never going back..especially if they charge more than their suppose to.
