Not run well at all ,, talked to management about a adult birthday party there ,, the location and amenities were perfect and even was willing to pay extra for their over priced food ( must use there caterer ) but when I went to book and pay the manager was no longer employed there and they wanted to charge me double then what been discussed ,, we changed locations to a bowling alley in Racine Wi. "LANES ON 20" it was fantastic and way less money,, we received the same as we originally planned for several hundred dollars less,, , so thank you Brunswick for sucking you save me hundreds of dollars! #BOWLATLANESON20

My family went there on a Saturday evening around 8pm. Hadnt been in a while so we were surprised that the parking lot was nearly empty. Its usually packed with a short wait; this time it was barely 1/3 full. The food was great. The front desk service was not and the price for bowling was too high. The pin mechanism on our lane malfunctioned twice and we were told they did not have the staff to reset the pins. Sorry... we were disappointed with the price, lack of response to their problems, and we wont ever go back. Would have rated 1 star, but we did enjoy the food service.

Fun bowling and some great daily specials, but needs some updates (new balls when finger holes are damaged, finish replacing damaged and ancient shoes with the new ones, scoring system, etc) and to revisit the overpriced food menu.

Fun place but point cards only available for leagues only. Others venues want business. Doesnt matter leagues or not you want to spendmoney here is your point or loyalty card.

Old equipment. The scoring machine randomly started over. The lane kept misreading 2nd half of the frame. Towards the end we just left.
