Been going to Rockys for years. I love the one on Miller Parkway, down by the airport and the one on Capitol, but every time I go to this one Ive been completely short changed. Breadsticks under seasoned and under done, and last time I got "The Perfect" the dough was so raw I could spread it with a knife. Not sure if their ovens just dont work but when I called and complained I was told the manager was working the oven that day.... They offered me a free pizza which I redeemed at another location. Wont be coming back to this one any time soon.

Rockys used to be a favorite I would go out of my way which I did today. Waited weeks for a slice I got done early with work went in I even asked if the slices were fresh. Well the slice was but the bread sticks were cold and nasty I couldnt even swallow I spit it out. Plus couldnt give me my marinara. Last time for me. My last 3 or 4 visits were similar the location in new Berlin and on bluemound are off my list. Its a shame.

Garbage food. My super slice was doughy, full of grease and not cooked at all. Breadsticks were as doughy as the pizza. No cheese on the breadsticks and tons of oregano on them. No flavor at all. This place has gone downhill and fast! Would rather go to Jets pizza in brookfield and get fresh slices baked to order. I doubt I will ever come back here again. 3rd time in 3 months the food has been terrible. Very disapointed.

Just stopped at this location for the 1st time, walked in and floors were dirty, dirty tables, crumbs everywhere while 3/4 employees are standing there talking doing absolutely nothing. Ordered 2 pepperoni slices-paid and the lady walked away slowly back to talk..(figured out they had to make them after waiting a few minutes).

Placed a carry out order 6 hours in advance, and when attempting to pick up was told they lost my order and were out of stock of my food. Much different kind of employees than this place used to have..this location is absolute trash
