we got there at 6:30 pm on Thursday, not a weekend. Ordered at 6:50 and the food didnt come out until 8:10 after numerous requests. Most everyones was hot, mine was barely warm, my grandsons rare Ahi tuna was cooked all the way, my grand daughter sent hers back and didnt eat and they forgot the cheese pizza for the 2 and 4 yr old, it came out 15 minutes later., almost 8:30 pm. My daughter and son-in-law said it was an off night but I wouldnt go back. 7 people so they put on an automatic 20% tip which would have been fine if out server ever came back. Delivered the salads and you didnt see her for an hour. Terrible and the food wasnt even that good.

Stopped in to take a break from a long drive. Just a light supper and some wake up coffee. We ordered salads. Mine with tuna, DWs with chicken. It came with bread and dipping oil - both salads were big and delicious. Coffee was good too. Exceedingly pleasant waitress (Gina). The service was a bit relaxed for a pit stop, but otherwise it would be just fine. Two sides to the location coin. Its great it is close to the highway. Too bad it is so close to the highway. Cant wait to head that way again. O

well, its definitely not Mamas cooking. Papparedella were overcooked (probably done once then cooked again with sauce(. Wife Carbonera was lets say different from any she has had before. Calamari were tasteless and the marinara was too acid. Hostess spent more time holding conversation with the table next to us than at station nor helping out as we could overhear repeatedly a situation of too few staff for number of active tables. Attentive server. Fair prices.

After we were seated, a woman filled our water glasses without a word, a glace, a smile. Its the last contact we had with wait staff. After waiting nearly 15 minutes, we got up and left. The young kid at the desk said "sorry about that". Needless to say, we wont be back. We eat out a lot from Chicago to Milwaukee. Weve never walked out. But this was ridiculous. Obviously, you needed to be recognized here to get them to even look at you.

Cute place, horrific service! New untrained waitress didnt tell us about the specials, forget the bread even after asking twice, never noticed empty wine glasses, forgot to offer pepper with our salads and basically ignored us. We waited forever for our entrees with dirty dishes on the table. Then the eggplant parmesan arrived barely lukewarm. Even though our meal was comped and the manager apologized, our evening was ruined.

Tuscany Bistro is one of my all-time favorite restaurants!! The ambiance is perfect for a quiet, romantic dinner and the food is always perfect! The place is always clean and I have enjoyed every server we interacted with. The portions are bigger and they have great specials - their seafood specials are especially great! We always save room for dessert (the tiramisu is phenomenal!) and a coffee! Truly the perfect dinner out!

I have anticipated going to this restaurant for about 2 years. Due to timing and when they are open Easter Sunday was my first chance. I must say I was disappointed, I had the cannelloni romana, stuffed tubes with beef, in an Alfredo sauce... Something wasnt right and I ate little of it. I was sick all night . Did not taste good and thankfully I didnt eat a lot of it. Service is what gets a star here.

Three of five entrees were terrible, two were average. The bathrooms were disgusting and if I had to guess, had not been cleaned or monitored in some time as they were completely out of toilet paper. Service was slow and the server did not come back to check on our meals. The salad was comprised of lettuce only and the house dressing was less than inspiring. Who doesnt have 1000 Island dressing? Meh...

If you are craving Olive Garden, please dont come here; neither the prices (higher) nor the quality (way better) compare to OG. Beautiful and romantic for a date, as long as you dont really want to hear anything he/she/shim is saying; it can get pretty loud in here. Huge portions of what I call Italian Yuppy food - delicious, a little bit snooty, and not everything is covered in red "gravy."

This place is well decorated with good choices on the menu. The prices are very reasonable. The wait staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was good, not spectacular but I did not expect spectacular for this type of restaurant. We will return and after trying other dishes I will have a better perspective.

in all honesty this is the best restaurant a person can go to. it is fantastic I couldnt begin to tell you how great. I work at the Hampton hotel up the street from here and I refer all my guests there and every time they come back they are raving about it. it is definitely the place to go!

Never a disappointment. Service is great. Out of town Italian guest very impressed with great food. Wonderful menu, excellent wines. Inside ambiance totally transforms the experience of outside location drive-up. (Although patio dining awesome too!)

Update: The lobster linguini they had on special was delish! A great place to have dinner for two or a fancy dinner with loved ones and family. Good wine list and desert menus. Nice happy hour specials too!

Ambiance is fantastic here! The food is even better. The chicken piccata was the best I have ever had among Italian restaurants. Our server Nick was friendly, helpful, and pleasant. I cant wait to return.

Service was great and server was very bubbly and fun, but food wasnt spectacular. It was just ok. I thought portions could be a little bigger for the price. I had 7 small potatoe cubes as a side.

Wonderful service and delicious food! We love the fresh warm bread with special house dipping sauce. Nice variety of entrees, appetizers and decadent desserts. Staff takes very good care of you!
