Best Wok is aptly named. I stumbled on this restaurant when working in Bellevue and soon my colleagues and brothers (from Seattle!) were meeting me there regularly for lunch. I could go on about the cleanliness of the restaurant and how reasonably priced everything is, but the food and service are phenomenal! Everything is consistently noticeably more fresh than the competition. Dennis, Keith, and staff are fun and courteous. Service, even during the lunch hour is prompt. My office moved to Issaquah but I still make it a point to visit Best Wok when I can. If youre in the area give the chicken and shrimp lunch combo a taste!

I ate there for the first time yesterday. I ordered Almond Fried Chicken and Hot & Sour Soup. The soup had very little flavor. The Almond Fried Chicken was 2/3 breading and 1/3 chicken. It had no flavor and was covered in an awful tasting gravy. The spring roll that was included had a strange flavor/aftertaste. The restaurant was full of blue-hairs and retirees. I am guessing they cater to those who like unseasoned bland food. Service was good, but prices were high -especially for the poor quality of their food. I will not ever go back to this place. Kung-Ho @ Loehmanns Plaza is considerably better.

Worst Chinese food I ever ate!!! No one who ate there did those "excellent reviews" the I got the vegetable fried rice and all that was in it was tiny carrots and peas and it was not even fried just boiled and brown. Egg Foo young sauce was tasteless. General Tso chicken was the pre made buy in a bag stuff, could tell by the extra breading. Do not eat here, I went to the bathroom and the back end of the place smelled bad. $10 a plate was highway robbery. I would call and complain but do not want anything from this place.

Maybe it was an off night, but this was one of the worst Chinese meals Ive had. I got it to go, but didnt have far to drive. The beef was chewy and flavorless. I actually found myself looking for a soy sauce packet (no luck). The steamed rice was sub-par as well. To top things off, the chopsticks were rough and gave me a splinter. The people were nice, and the restaurant looked very nice. Given all the positive reviews, I would probably give them another chance, if I lived in the area.

I stopped for a quick lunch and ordered the Hunan chicken extra spicy. I received chicken in a brown sugar sauce. No spice, no salt, just sugar. I asked for chili oil to put some spice into it and some soy sauce for salt. The soy sauce was watered down and the chili oil was cut with that red "sweet & sour" sauce!?! so again more sugar. Never going back, menu clearly designed with uneducated pallets in mind, stretch to call this candy "Chinese food" and its way way way overpriced.

I stopped in here the day after moving to Bellevue from San Diego. The food was excellent, the staff professional, attentive and friendly, which made a great first impression to my new town. A year after frequenting several Chinese food places in the eastside, Ive determined this is the best restaurant in town. A huge plus is their ample parking and easy accessibility off main and 148th. Best Wok is just the right name for this place, dont pass them by!

As native New Yorkers we have had some really good Chinese food over the years. Someone told us about this place years ago and we have been coming back ever since! It beats our old favorite in Newcastle by leaps and bounds! The service is excellent and they help me carry out my take-out order most of the time also. We love to eat there on Christmas day too! Thanks to the owners for working on this day. :)

The food had NO flavor and the menu prices on the site arent the prices on the restaurant!!! I went there thinking I was going to pay around $20 only for the bill to be $47!! I would have been fine paying for it if the food was actually good but it isnt. So dissatisfied and wished I hadnt spent my hard earn money on food that wasnt even good

Came here on the whim... Awesome wait staff (very attentive) ... Asked him what he suggested for their veg dishes... He told me with complete certainty "Hot & Spicy Hunan Tofu ". Success! It was actually very good! Will be back... Food 5 Service 5 Decor & Ambiance 3 Cleanliness 3.5

A neighborhood gem. Great food and great service. My family has been going here for years and I honestly cant remember ever being disappointed. Try the won-ton soup and honey walnut prawns (my favorites). The re-fried noodles are one of our regular orders. Best in Bellevue!

Been going there for years, great food, super friendly staff! We dont live anywhere near Bellevue anymore, but make special trips out there just for this restaurant. Love them! Their kung-pao is the best, and our party always gets the honey walnut prawns.

No one can make orange beef like the best Wok!!! I just love this place and happy to move back to Bellevue for this restaurant. And their music of the 50s had everyone trying to guess the songs. The waiter is an awesome person.

Id actually give this 3.3. Its a little better than cheap Chinese take-out, but it isnt really authentic Chinese food. If I had to describe it, this is a sit down Chinese take-out place. So a fancier version of Panda Express.

My girlfriend and I love Best Wok! The food is wonderful, but the thing we really love is that we always get amazing service. Weve eaten at just about every Chinese place in Bellevue, and Best Wok is our favorite, hands down.

Very disappointing. We ordered Almond Fried Chicken and Szechuan Chicken and both were severely bland. Rice apparently not included. We havent found our go-to Chinese restaurant in Bellevue, but this unfortunately isnt it.

Yum! This is my favorite Chinese place in Bellevue. The people who work here are a delight and I receive the same high level of service every time I dine here. I often recommend to my family and friends. :)

Great casual atmosphere! Staff really know how to provide service! Id say the food is more westernized Chinese food but its still great!! Lunch menu provided a lot of options and it was filling.

Ive come here a few times and every time Ive regretted it. The meals are always bland and the chicken is just gross. Horrible texture, no taste, and every piece has fat hanging off of it.

Great restaurant. The owner makes his way around every table to make sure everything is to their liking. The food is fresh and really well prepared. My go-to Chinese in the Bellevue area!

Good location, great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Food and portions are amazing for average prices. They usually give you a free Jello and cool whip dessert. Always a good time.

Every dish I have sampled is Tasty. The almond fried chicken is a favorite at our house, and we get take-out often. Dining in, the staff are courteous and attentive. Recommended.
