Customer service was flat, but its fast food, so I get it. I am highly dissatisfied with the aged waffle cone I was served, given that there was the smell of freshly prepared ones in the store. More importantly, when my husbands coffee frape was prepared, the employee pulled a dirty blender from the stack of "clean" blenders to which old milk water mixture soaked her hand. With dirty milk water still in the bottom of this "clean" blender, she preceded to put the ingredients for his drink in it, and then serve said drink. Needless to say, his drink is in the trash and no one ate an old waffle cone. We would certainly pay more for better quality, customer service, and sanitary and safe food/drinks.

It all really depends on who makes your ice cream. Some of the people dont put in much thought or effort and the ice cream doesnt turn out good (all the toppings in one chunk, not enough toppings or a complete mess thats dripping everywhere). Other times (most of the time) the service is excellent and they do a great job. It seems like they have a high turnover though. There are some regulars who seem to have been there a while who are excellent (lady whose name starts with "O" - you are the best!). I love Coldstone as a company, but you really have to watch the servers closely to to make sure they are doing their best.

When I found a hair in my ice cream, I was willing to let it go. When I found two, I was disgusted. I usually come here once a week, never again. Also, they have a high turnover of staff. Typically the people they have these days are sullen and unfriendly. Too bad, I really used to love this place.

I work at cold stone, but have also enjoyed it without working there. We strive to keep customer service number 1 and our ice cream number 1. We make all icecream in the store so you know everything we give you is fresh and delicious!

The ice cream is very close to gelato in Italy. I loved it and will be returning. I recommend this place to anyone who hasnt yet ate there yet.

Really good ice cream and cakes but is a tad bit pricey for what you get sometimes. They also make smoothies as well.
