This place was awsome! We had the loco bueno boned in wings and colorado coppers boneless wings with blue cheese and ranch.the loco bueno was different but very addicting with pieces of garlic .the Colorado coppers had almost a mustard flavor but it was a yummy different .this place is better than buffalo wild wings.our waitress jen was funny and attentive .you can tell the sauces are homemade .the blue cheese almost had a ceasar mix in it.for my meal i had the fajita fiesta wrap stuffed with chicken peppers rice and cheese in a flavored tortilla with potato salad .i recommend both .the mac and cheese was good homemade but nothing special.the tatertots were yummy and crispy but it was nothing fantastic.my mom loved her chicken sandwhich and said it was very juicy.this was a delicious first experience and i look forward to returning .

I received food from Wild Wings Café-Charlottesville that wasn’t edible, wings were extremely dry. I was told by restaurant that there was nothing that they could do for me and I had to file my complaint through OrderUp since they are who I placed the order with. I found that rather ridiculous since OrderUp did their part by delivering the wings, they werent the ones who overcooked my food.This is my 3rd time receiving extremely dry inedible wings from there. And this time was just the straw that broke the camel’s back because I am wasting money on horrible food. Their wings use to be very delicious but looks like they are giving their customers old food. I want to know what I need to do to get my money back because I refuse to have them re-cook my food especially since they serve consistently horrible food.

mid-week, stopped by with the wife for a late lunch (3 pm). Although there appeared to be only one table of customers, it took almost 15 minutes to get seated. Once seated, the server dropped off menus and went back behind the bar to chat with the other staff an a couple folks at the bar. After 15 minutes, and after trying to flag down any one of the FIVE staffers behind the bar to take our orders, we left. I have eaten in restaurants in 32 countries and 45 states, and have never seen anything like it. The good news? All that lack of attention to the customers seemed to give the staff plenty of time to play with their smart phones.

Service took way too long. Initial greet was 20 minutes after sitting down. Food was nothing as explained by waitress. Ordered a cherry limeade cocktail, which took 15 minutes to arrive. Ordered the fried mushrooms, which were a good size portion, but didnt like the taste so much. Felt like I was rushed, but as soon as she walked away from the table it would be another 20 minutes before anything we asked for would come. Giving a 2 star because it is a very relaxed atmosphere, but nothing was timed accordingly. I could understand if it were busy, but it was our 2 top and two other tables in restaurant.

Hoo cares if its a regional chain? The wing flavors are so good we gladly pay them a bit to whip up a batch of the sauces and bottle them up to go! Over the years some of the best menu items have come and gone, but the simplicity of a sampler or just two orders of 8 will do it - Red Dragon, Thai, Slayer, Ranchilada, Gold Rush...all among the best there is. Since I was a student at UVa a decade ago the drink menu has vastly improved, having gone from an afterthought to above average. If you can get a seat, still one of the best places around to watch a game, too!

Went on a Tuesday for their wing deal a while ago and we waited two hours without ever getting a table. We ended up leaving for a different wings place at Barracks instead, but learned out lesson: make sure to come super early or late and/or with a small party on Tuesdays! The speed isnt very fast, although to be fair, they were fairly busy the few times I did get a seat there. The variety of flavors is great but slightly more limited for me as I dont enjoy spicy food.

Well, just had to edit my review after both of us got sick this mornong. The beer was a little skunkie, probably the tap lines. Or maybe old grease. Who knows, but sick with terri le waiterss .. We wont be back. Its a shame, would have been a good place for sunday football. (origional review:) Good food! Ever want to hide from your waitress and wish they would take a 20 min break? Yeah... Other than that fun watching the game here.

We came down to spend the evening in Charlottesville and decided to stop in for a drink and bite to eat. Bad choice! The service was super slow, we ordered two drinks from the bar and it took at least 15 minutes to get those. Then our food took a long time to arrive which would be understandable if they were busy, but there was the two of us and two other tables. The food itself was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I ordered wings and chose my flavors. The wings came out dry as if the wings were cooked in the flavor but there was no sauce. When I asked the waitress (who was super friendly) whats up? She openly admitted that when they are busy the kitchen cuts corners. I asked for more sauce on the side to dip my wings in and they gave me so small an amount that it barely covered 1 wing. #mildwingcafe

Best place in town to get wings. A bit on the greasy side, but tons of flavor options. Depending upon the night, theyve got some decent drink specials too. Service is usually pretty good too. If they ask you to pay for parking, just tell the lot attendant that youre going to Wild Wings and they usually wave you in (or give you something to stamp to prove youve been).

I wanted to give this review 3 stars but my friends stated their experience was a 4. My wings were small and although the sauce was great minimal was placed on my wings. Good service great atmosphere. Friends couldnt disagree more. They loved theirs and their was plenty of sauce. Maybe mine sat for too long. I will be back

This is definitely the best wing place in Charlottesville. Wild Wing will always have a place in my heart. I worked here back in 2003 when it first reopened and it seems like the service here has gone down hill the last few times Ive been here but the wings are still great. I always go to Wild Wing when Im in town.

-The managers there especially the male ( dont know his name) is very RUDE! - The food has made me have a terrible upset stomach twice & I havent been back! -They can NEVER keep staff. And the ones working there dont even know how to give out giftcards ( I tried to purchase one for a friend for Christmas).

Worst experience ever, waiters are rude and dont care to ask if you need anything. And when you do need something you have about a 15-20 min wait until you finally get it. Food was good but other than that I was not pleased.

Very disappointed for the egain on service 30 minutes whit no drink en my wife never got her food now idk if she or me will be back I feel sorry for this place this place use to be the best
