Went there for a friends daughters birthday party. First of all, if you rent out part of a restaurant in the middle of the summer at least fix the AC. Ive been here twice in 2 years and it is hotter than sin. The food is obviously pre cooked before they "cook" it for you. Expensive, and lacking anything to distinguish it from store brand frozen food. All of the token machines except one were broken. The machine to buy a card to buy tokens was broken. While waiting to buy the card the guy in front of me asked for a refund, as half the games were also broken. The "manager" at the counter rather snydly told the guy (whod spent 120 dollars) that they dont do refunds. The customer said "you most certainly can! Half of everything in here is broken! And Ive already had a bunch of tokens eaten by the machines" the manager than says "well Im the one that works here, so I know we dont give refunds" guess who walked back out with his remaining balance after arguing for another ten minutes. I then purchased 2 cards, one for me and one for a friend. Mine didnt work. They gave me the wrong one. One of their change machines ate the tokens I asked it to dispense after that. Waited in line for a total of 45 minutes before I had anything to use in the arcade, by which point my wife and kid were sick of waiting around. The staff is TERRIBLE in the arcade. The dining room is dirty, hotter than sin and serves food worse than the local high school cafeteria. The place is a DUMP.

When we first walked into the restaurant we waited about five minutes before being seated. This while a total of five staff walked by us and additionally some sitting behind the counter simply looking at us. Perhaps a warning sign as to what was to come? The staff, after surveying several open booths by themselves decided to attempt our seating at the corner of the dining room, hard back seats and the highest traffic. From the time we were moved and left PizzaPutt another four groups refused the same seat. Now we were sitting in a more accomdiating seat yet the reak of floor cleaning began to make my wife and two small children, both under 2, ill with light headedness or red faces. To make matters worse the staff then sat the next several groups right on top of each other. In rythem with the rest of this disgusting debacle, the waitresses serves the two other groups that arrived after us before taking our order. The food was not bad except the burning tempature and my son screamed from the pain. Heinsight is always 20 20 yet that cant be if your wearing moron sunglasses over your eyes. Finally when walking out my three month and 19 month old children wife and I were greeted by four grousley over weight females sitting and smoking right outside the door, pathteic

Honestly, I think that Pizza Putt has gone downhill in recent years. I went with some friends a couple weeks ago. On a positive note, the pizza was yummy and the mini golf area was well-maintained. However when we were served our plates for our pizza the waitress served us dirty plates! There was literally caked-on food from previous customers, which was unappetizing to say the least. When we went to the arcade area I would wager a guess that 70% of the games were out of order. After winning a big jackpot on a game and not getting tickets, I went to talk with the person at the desk. He told me that he couldnt give me my tickets because they hadnt gotten a new shipment of tickets in in over a week (hence why everything was out of order). Now I dont blame the workers for this, but it just seems like nobody is managing the functionality of the place. The only people I saw the whole time I was there were high school students, it just seems like there is no adult in upper-management surveying the quality of the location and keeping everything clean and in working order.

We hadnt been to Pizza Putt for a few years, and we went over the weekend for my sons 10th birthday. We were disappointed to learn that the batting cages and bumper cars were out of order. We also spent quite a bit of money on tokens, only to find out that the majority of the games require pass points from pass cards, not tokens. One of the games wasnt working properly, and when I asked an employee about it, he acted put out by the question and insisted that it worked just fine. It was obvious the employees dont want to be there, as the expressions on the faces of the ones behind the counter indicated. The girl working at lazer tag was very helpful, however. Should we ever return, wed play lazer tag and save our money on the rest. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we would not return.

The food was delicious, the golf was okay as it was only 11 holes. Had a very bad experience with the server, my boyfriend and I both handed her our debit cards and I asked her to put just a calzone on mine, she came back telling me that my card had been declined but handed me a receipt indicating that I had been charged for everything except the calzone and when I got home and checked my statement sure enough she had charged me for the entire order except the calzone. On top of that she hadnt even remembered what I ordered when she brought us the pizza, she looked at me kind of confused and said "You ordered something different, right?" I told her yes, I had ordered a calzone and she said "Yeah, thatll be out in a minute." Very emotionless and out of it. Paying with cash if there is a next time.

This establishment should be shamed out of business. I want people to know that a young mother tripped and fell over faulty housekeeping with her 11 month old baby. The baby lost conciousness and was permanently scared. The mother lay crying trying to get her baby to regain conciousness while the staff stood there and did absolutely nothing. Finally the emergency response unit arrived and took over the situation. Way to keep it classy. If that was my wife and child...... The only reason I gave this 1 star is so I could submit a review. Shame on you and your lets be honest, filthy restaurant.

Restaurant portion was good. Good wasnt bad staff in restaurant was polite helpful and has great service. Arcade was horrible . Half of the games ticket dispensers didnt work , tried to talk to the staff and was informed they didnt feel the need to check to make sure they had tickets in them. Very snotty teenagers in the arcade who on top of having attitude issues were very lazy. Bathroom was nasty ! Dirty towels , and lighters left on the floor where young children could reach them, dried bm on the trashes, used toliet paper, trash all over bathroom..

My child loves coming here. The birthday parties are fun and we like being able to play a short round of indoor mini-golf (its only 9 or 10 holes). As a parent, I find this place lacking. Its starting to show its wear and age. The layout of the building seems, at first, to be a cluttered maze. The games in the arcade sometimes dont work right and they are WAY overpriced. I can see some huge potential for this pace to be great, but sadly, it is becoming a local dive spot and new competition in the area makes this pace downright unattractive.
