Service is always horrible, rarely friendly to their customers. I understand it gets busy and all but there is no excuse for these employees giving such terrible service. My advice avoid this subway theres another one next to the HEB further down Kukeylandal with a lot better service.

Worst service ever!!! We wait in line 30-40 mins for our lunch! There was only ONE server and the other one was on her phone knowing there was a line!!! Then the server allowed a lady skip everyone that waited! This place is a joke when it comes to customer service!

Walked in to 3 workers looking at me but no greeting to subway. The guy who made my sandwich was sooo quiet and so slow. I ordered a footlong and he put two pieces of cheese on it. Had a better experience with the other customer holding the door open for me.
