Awful experience! After church on Sunday we decided to go out for some brunch on Fathers Day. When we walked in everything looked good, but the place was empty which is really wierd since everyone else has a wait this time on Sunday. However the menu looked really good...gourmet sandwhiches and coffees. We were 2nd in line, but it took 20 minutes for the lady in front of us to get a muffin and a cup of coffee. When it was our turn we ordered two deli sandwhiches but were told they dont serve lunch until 11:00am. IT WAS 10:58!! I asked if they could serve us in two minutes but was told no because they needed time to start the grill. I started to point out the ovious (THEY ARE COLD SANDWHICHES!) but decided to take my business somewhere else. The two employess; a clean cut young man and a tattoed girl with a mo-hawk were rude and acted like they couldnt care about anything. Its a shame someone put all that time into the concept, but hired such poor staff. We will make sure and tell everyone we know not to waste their time!!

Crosswalk is normally one of my favorite coffee shops in town. However today I was not very pleased. I ordered a latte and a grilled veggie wrap on pita bread. Apparently thats quite difficult considering its the third time this year they have got my order wrong. I got my food and coffee through the to-go line on my way to class. I put my coffee in the cup holder and leave. As Im getting ready to pull on to the loop, I go to pick up my coffee. They never put the lid on so my cup falls to the floor board. Now Im driving down a highway with scolding coffee all over my feet...cool. I get to campus and Im annoyed but Ill survive. I sit down to eat and notice they got my order wrong, yet again! Thank you crosswalk not only did I not get to have my coffee, you put meat on my vegetarian wrap.

Stayed at the Resort nearby, took a walk to see the sights. Walked in to the cafe for something to warm us up and ordered 2 Chai Tea Lattes. Guy takes our order we sat down, waited. A couple of customers came in got there orders, were still waiting. 20 minutes later still no drinks. My wife goes up to the kid to ask about them. He forgot he said to make them. He was sitting down in the back on his phone the whole time and forgot our drink order. Then he makes just one, we told him no, we had two. So we waited for him to make the other ....wow!

This is such a great place to go when you want to sit and get some work done. The staff is always very nice and the food is pretty darn good. I go here often to study/read/get work done. Everything is very clean and its a very comfortable place to be.

Great drinks, food, and atmosphere... But I wish they stayed open until 10 or 11. It would be great to have a later evening hang out that isnt a bar or a busy restaurant. This is just that kind of place, but it shuts down RIGHT at 9pm. :(

As a church planter I have no office, but this is a great place to meet people and get some work done. I very much enjoy the coffee, desserts, and food. Ive been here many times and have never had a disappointing experience.

The food is decent, but over priced for the amount and quality. I usually have a 50/50 experience with the cashiers at the drive thru, half the time theyre rude and inconsiderate, half theyre actually pretty nice.

Good food, great breakfast and cozy. Perfect for meeting with one to three other people. If you eating in, get a coffee in a mug as you get free refills and its always nicer in a real mug.

I love a good Americano and I consistently get a wonderful drink here. Plus, the staff are very nice and friendly. Great place for New Braunfels to have downtown. Thanks Crosswalk!
