Ive been to a lot of HBH locations, and I have never been treated as badly as at this one. They act like its a chore to have a customer to wait on. When I started to ask about sandwiches, the girl plunked a sheet of paper and a pen in front of me and WALKED AWAY. They gave me grief about punching my Sandwich Club card (I have used it without problem at other locations). The server was abrupt, interrupted me and gave me the distinct impression that she had wasted too much time on me, even though they had no other customers to wait on. (The manager was standing right there watching her, so I figured it would do little good to complain!) The soda fountain AND the tea dispenser both had "out of order" signs on them; there are canned drinks available but then they charge you the full price of a fountain drink and there are NO refills allowed. This is definitely not the kind of treatment I expect when I go to a "cafe" to spend $7 on a sandwich. I will definitely never go back to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone else. I am in the process if contacting the regional representative and maybe they can get to the root of the issue, if enough people complain.

I tried to use a Groupon that I had purchased and was told that they would not honor it for what I needed. The Groupon was for $100 towards Catering and Party Platters. When you click on the "Catering" tab on their website, it says "Boxed Lunch, Platters & Trays or Buffet Salads." I was ordering 11 boxed lunches for a meeting later that day and was told that I could only use it towards a platter. The manager was very dismissive and wanted to blame Groupon for their wording. She told me that theyve had multiple people upset over the same stipulation. Why then are they continuing to have them issued knowing that they arent going to honor them?? She offered nothing to help the situation other than to allow me to order a platter instead...and to add insult, a platter would require a 24hr notice. How is offering me a platter tomorrow going to help me with my lunch that I have to order today?? Luckily, I called Groupon and was able to get a refund for the voucher that I had purchased. Kudos to Groupon and to Just Love Coffee who provided our boxed lunches. Its not that hard to do the right thing. Disappointed in your lack of customer service.

Walked in store with husband on 01/02/17 about 5pm. 4 people working, not a single one of them acknowledged us or even said Hello, thought that was strange. Two separate customers walked in moments after us and were acknowledged and asked to be helped immediately. We picked out some bacon, rolls, cornbread stuffing, Au Gratin Potatoes, Cranberry Orange zest and walnut sides. Went to register asked for a 7-8 pound ham. Asked the girl at the register a few questions that she did not have a clue how to answer paid just over $100 and left. This evening went to cook the sides and found the Cranberry side is all juice with a few Cranberries, no way could this serve 6. The Au Gratin Potatoes same, All Milk maybe 10 slices of potatoes in the whole tray. The Potato slices are mushy and weird texture Not at all what you would expect. Extremely disappointed in service and quality of food. On way to store now to return. Will not patronize Honey baked ham store again.

I went in today to get a box lunch. I was the only customer in the store. There were five people standing behind the counter. One girl came over to ask me what I would like to order. She was very unfriendly. I asked a question about what was in their savory mayo. She respond that they made the mayo and that it was good but could not tell me the ingredients. When I started filling out my order sheet she walked off without saying anything. I continued to stand there for 3 minutes trying to place my order, staring at the employees (one of whom looked like a manager) and no one offer to help. So I left without even begin able to place my order. The whole place also smelled like clorox. I like to eat at clean restaurants but not ones that smell so strongly that I didnt wont to eat there because of the smell. I have no idea how the food is but I will not be going back.

My husband stopped to get me a boxed lunch tonight. He tried to get me a coke to drink, they were out of coke. He was told they had no canned drinks (they used to only have canned drinks). Then he was told they had only red solo cups for the fountain drinks but no lids. Then, they were out of the kind of cookie I had asked for. The worker told my husband they had some peanut butter, "but she would have to wrap one". My husband told her to wrap it up. As if this is a hard thing to do. Then, they were out of baked beans. My husband got home with my boxed lunch, which was in a paper bag, because they were out of boxes (seems to be a theme). I opened the bag to find my sandwich and cookie. There was supposed to be honey mustard and mayo in the bag. Nope, none. Is this store about to go out of business? If not, they need some serious help.

Horrible store since they redid it. They fired a bunch of good people and hired a bunch of slow, non motivated others. On Christmas Eve with a store full of customers they have only 2!!! people helping. Please fix this place!

Very rude and has no customer service skills. They have messed up my order on two different times and when I call back to have it corrected I can not get anyone to answer the phone.

They were out of everything. No chicken salad no sides, no cookies, and the sandwich I got had like one ounce of ham on it yet they charged me full price wont be back to this one

Friendly and courteous!! She suggested a sandwich. I asked her to make it "my" way. She did, and it was delicious!! Absolutely Im going back! Its a big menu!!
