Their management team is absolutely foul. Service is hit or miss. Ordering food - the biggest setback Ive experienced so far - and preparation have a long way to go, but its a new store. Id say I have a good order experience 50% of the time. The biggest obstacle this store will face is finding and keeping good employees who know their stuff, especially in this town. Panera is a difficult place to work and they only pay marginally better than a typical quick serve restaurant. That will come into play down the road. Nobody wants to deal with the employee who cant learn the menu or the Panera way. Also, express to go is hit or miss. Another one of those "works half the time" situations, but its fun to use depending on your situation. The light roast is ALWAYS empty in the morning, which is crazy frustrating when youre trying to get to work.

I have given this panera location an entire weeks worth of chances to get it right. The first time I went an employee was in front of me in line ordering food for herself. I stood there for at least 10 minutes while the employee asked the cashier to describe each menu option including asking "whats a pepperoncini?". Eventually I was able to order, checked my to go bag before walking out the door to notice they forgot my cream cheese that I paid $1.50 for. Everyday since I come in and there are at least 3-5 employees taking break lounged in the customer furniture with their feet kicked up. I love the breakfast at Panera and despite the consistent mistakes I keep coming but its getting harder and harder to convince my husband to pay for our meals there...

Consistently rude staff, sad managerial problems, out of stock of lids, Straws, cream cheese What else, Napkins and other miscellaneous. Staff will try to replace what you ordered with what they have in stock. Staff is incredibly rude, several times did Staff stand in front of customers to get their discount inside and asked about 10 different items on the menu While a line of customers frustratingly waited and watched. Have spoken to three different managers and called corporate with no response. The third time these type things happen ed, I figured it was because its just a new place, however two months later, they still cant get anything right! Really sad and pathetic. If you are in town do not go here.

I like Panera, but this review focuses on my unhappiness with the menu choices. Portions are now much smaller than before. The prices seem higher. There just isnt as much value as before. The supposedly healthy food options are deceiving. There is a lot of salt in the soups, and the salad dressings are very sweet. They have started putting fewer and less healthy greens into the salads, probably cut costs. The service is always great, and the staff are friendly. It is clean and well maintained. I do not go to Panera very often anymore given the cost and small portion sizes.

First time I went here a couple of months ago the salad that I got was amazing. Ive been there probably a half dozen times since then, with each time the food getting progressively worse. Just got a salad with no bacon (even though its included in the ingredients list for this salad type on the website) and literally a few bite sized pieces of chicken. Basically a box of romaine lettuce for $11. Never again.

Nice enough Panera, clean and well stocked. This is one of the Paneras that brings your food to your table instead of picking it up at the counter. Now, I visited twice a week apart when I was driving through, and both times the server brought out someone elses food. I couldnt believe it happened two times to me, but both times the server was very apologetic and got me the correct order right away.

Very disappointing online experience today. Our food was in the bag upside down and there was what appeared to be a half eaten piece of bread just thrown in the bag. Im told there is new ownership of this particular store. I hope this is not going to be the normal experience. I am a huge fan of Panera and stuff like this has never happened before

Seems like a nice newish Panera. Cafe was clean and employees were polite, but they did a crappy job with my order -- grilled cheese w/ turkey & tomato. Bread was barely grilled on one side and completely white on the other. Cheese was still in slice-form (barely melted) and turkey & tomato were cool.

This was our first trip to Panera Bread and maybe our last. The restaurant tables, floor, and restrooms were in need of cleaning . Thus, there were abundant flies! They got the order incorrect, so we had to wait for them to correct it. The food was good, but for $42/ 3 people, I expected better.

Fantastic. Clean. Helpful. The lady helping us was so nice... She waited as we selected and REselected our wants... (There was so many yummy choices!) ... Never had such great service. You made our day and trip start off right! We will stop every time we are in Florence.

Love this place! The Express To-Go option is the way to go, you can get in and out within a min. - I go on my lunch break and love not having to speak to anyone to get my food. good breakfast options, free wifi, friendly atmosphere with plenty of out door / window seating.

Great food my only and MAJOR complaint is the menu in the drive-thru. Unfortunatly some of us who go here arent blessed with model eye sight. The words on the menu are TOOO SMALL and its a litle annoying. If the menu was on point I would have given the place five stars.

After a year here I give this location an 80%. The salads have a long way to go. They are just thrown into the bowl, not very much to look at. Sandwiches are delivered to you with the bread all slid over and flat. They could do better.

Wouldnt necessarily call this "fast food", be prepared to wait a while for your food to come, other than that service is wonderful and the food is more than amazing! I love the broccoli and cheddar soup the most. :)

We have been there twice and the service has been great! Im not use to the staff bringing my latte to my table and both times they have brought our food and drinks to the table. Looking forward to my next visit!

This was during a Sat afternoon visit around 1pm. It was normal Panera...just prepped a little slower than normally. No shade against the sun...which was odd.... Depends on where you sit though.

Delicious fresh food, easy to access, very friendly staff! One of the stalls in the womens restroom was out of order leaving just 1 stall. This is the only reason for 4 stars vs 5.
