The best quiche in the Lehigh Valley, large slice that comes with a side salad of the freshest greens. You cannot beat it for the price and the convenience. They also have delicious soups and sandwiches that vary from day to day. Coffee and lattes are brought to you at your table and are hot and steamy and delicious. The staff is always pleasant. The place is so clean and the atmosphere quiet and perfect for taking a moment to read or meet with a friend or business associate. Check out the beautiful gardens in back where you can take your lunch outside and enjoy the lily pond. Stop by during the weekends, when they have their ice cream stand open along the Greenway walking path out back. This place is the best kept secret in Bethlehem, and the news needs to get out!!!

Very good as far as burgers and sandwiches go. Only had choice of potato salad as side.. Wish there were fries or chips. Server "Michelle" wasnt the friendliest, didnt smile or do anything beyond the minimum. Orange Passionfruit smoothie gets an 8/10 from me! Would recommend overall.

I ate their Cuban Sandwich - DELICIOUS! Their unsweetened iced tea was also great. My friend had a salad which was huge and she ate every morsel - that too was tastey! Would definitely recommend. Very clean. Courteous employees. Looking forward to going back!

The food, especially the soup, is FANTASTIC at this gem hidden in South Bethlehem. I highly recommend The Lodge if you are looking to have a good meal in comfortable settings served by excellent people.
