: I go to thus bar quite often, and always have a good time. Until last night. The bartender was very drunk, taking shots all night. When I went to close my tab, they couldnt find my card. He had given it to someone else. So I got charged twice. My tab, and someone elses tab. The bartender told me he would pay my tab out of his pocket, but didnt. He also took $100 cash out of the drawer and handed it to me. Told me that the $100 should cover my expenses until I received a new card. Not very happy about this. Extremely unprofessional. Wont be returning to this place for a very long time.

If youre watching a soccer game in Tulsa, this is the place to go. We hit it up for all the COPA America games this summer and have been back a few time since. Super laid back atmosphere where you order from the bar if you need anything. There are loads of TVs to watch any game that is going on. If you go on a week night and there are not an major sporting events on, it can be slower. The drink prices are legit and they have a good selection of options. No food, but you can bring your own if you have the munchies.

I really enjoy the atmosphere and the drinks are good are a decent price. I always have trouble getting served here, though. Ive actually had another patron buy my drink because he noticed I wasnt getting served despite holding cash, attempting to make eye contact, and occasionally waving.

I have been to Empire many times and always receive great service. If youre a soccer fan, this is the best bar to watch US national team games with other fans. Be sure to get there a little early for big soccer games because this place fills up quickly.

They usually have some really good specials on some neat beers. I go when friends want to meet there, but its not my bar of choice. It gets rowdy and raucous when a soccer game is on. But, if thats your idea of a good night out, this may be your place!

NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE PEOPLE!!! Staff was drunk & extremely racist we basically got kicked out at 1am while we were leaving they were mumbling racial comments! Bartenders were so unprofessional!!! WORST BAR IN TULSA
