Not sure why Google insists on calling this place P and G Restaurant. This is Los Reyes. Service is extremely friendly and food delivery was fast. By the same token...Id have to compare that to when the place was busy. There is a smell of something chemical in the air...Not sure what it is. maybe varnish. The food was very good and portion size was very good. The margarita was also pretty tasty. The reasons this didnt get a 4 or 5 star are because of the smell, and the fact that when I was sitting in my booth admiring the airbrushed walls, I saw lots of ants (sugar ants) crawling from behind the panelling, up and across the wall. Thats a huge downer guys. Luckily Im a pretty cool and calm customer....And did not make a scene about it. They did not seem to go anywhere else but back and forth on the wall. This is still unacceptable though, by ANYONES standards. I will, however, be back to visit this place. Oh, yeah, the prices are pretty damn reasonable too.

Good for carryout, but wouldnt recommend eating there. The waitress we had didnt know the drink menu, which was fine, she may have been new. We only saw her 3 times: to take our order, bring our food, and to give us our bill. Unacceptable. We had to ask her for more chips when she came back with our food. Five minutes later she was back with our bill and then gone for the rest of the night. We were constantly stepping on cereal bits (wtf?) under our table and the hot sauce at the table had crusty bits around the lip that would fall into your food when you shook the bottle. When we wanted to pay we had to wait up at the counter and clear our throats multiple times. The man at the register told us, "sorry, I was watching the game. Im serious about the Cavs" May return for carryout because the food was alright, but will never dine in again.

Ordered takeout at 1:30 pm after the lunch rush. The lady who took my order told me it would be about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. I returned after 10 minutes and the hostess said a couple more minutes. After 20 more minutes, 30 minutes total, the hostess brought out our food. There was not a sorry for the wait nor did she update me on the status of my order. She was too busy talking to her friends. I understood things happen and that is ok, just update the customer. Also the food wasnt that great.

Now, its called Los Reyes. Upon first entering, I was overwhelmed by the smell of paint thinner or something of that nature. I quickly got over that. Then I noticed I was cold, but it was only 20 degrees outside. The service was friendly and quick. I typically find "authentic" Mexican restaurants to be bland. This food was good. It was portioned about right, seasoned about right, and priced about right. Its close to work. It will likely become one of my lunch time staples.

After eating here a couple times, this has become my new favorite Mexican restaurant in the area, easily surpassing El Toro, El Rancho Grande, and Don Pablos. If Im wanting a big plate of delicious food and a tasty drink (Pacifico or a Margarita), Im coming here. However, if Im looking for the best margarita, it will have to be Elsas Bad Juan, and if I want something more authentic, Ill go with Taquiera Mixteca on 3rd Street or Taco Loco on Spinning/Burkhardt.

This place is by far my favorite local Mexican restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive eaten here at least 30 times and have never once had a bad experience. Oh, and did I mention the food is amazing!? It also wont put a dent in your wallet either! I highly recommend Los Reyes to anyone looking for something new and also wants to support a local business! I promise you wont regret it. :)

The food was OK, nothing great. But this place has a chemical smell to it that was overwhelming. The service was a little slow at the end, they seemed to be more worried about closing a section up for the night then bringing over the bill. They also charge .75 cents for extra tortillas (3). Other Mexican restaurants do not charge extra for tortillas, plus their food is better.

Although Im not from Dayton area I travel through fairly often and have eaten yet many of the Mexican restaurant in the city area. I just ate Chile Colorado made with carnitas. I have to say its some of the best Ive ever had. Service was great they are about to do a remodel soon cant wait to see how it turns out. Awesome food highly recommend.

Starting with the chips and salsa (plus a side of guacamole), we became very excited for the main course. The Los Reyes Especial was amazing and the portions were perfect. My only complaint is that I couldnt find a reason to complain! (I love to compain!) Also, the mojitorita combines two of my favorite cocktails. I love it! Will be back!

Terrible customer service. family owned and the manager was rude but turns out she was the daughter of the owner so I guess you can get away with that when your parents own the place. Nickel and diming is a surefire way to ruin a dining experience.

Nachos are simply the best! They are delicious every time and on Tuesdays appetizers are half price. Overall the food quality is excellent at this family operated Mexican restaurant. Highly recommend it over the more mainstream Mexican choices.

We eat there anywhere from once a week to once a month. I have always enjoyed the food and service. The daily drink specials and coupons are kind of screwy on what you can and cannot use, but that is the only complaint.

Best mexican food in dayton, hands down. The chimichangas have quickly become a favorite. A word of caution, however, once you come here you will lose all desire to try any other restaurants. 5 stars!

It was okay. The food was out fast and customer sevice was decent. Plus you get free chips and salsa. My entree wasnt stellar, but it may have just been a poor choice. I would go again.

Great food and service. Very accommodating to special needs like food allergies. Was a tad salty but am more sensitive since on a low salt diet. Definitely want to go back soon.
