Cash only, be prepared, no credit cards accepted here. Had 9 in our group, 4 teens and 5 adults. Most eating establishments in Tupper Lake shut down early, so I had asked a local resident where we could go and they told us Little Italy was probably the only place, but they wouldnt recommend it as theyve had one too many bad experiences there. Our options were limited, so we took a chance. It is nice looking outside and inside. We arrived at 9PM, place closes at 10PM, we were seated quickly. Not too busy in there, maybe a half dozen people at the bar and another 4-5 table with customers. Ample staff on hand both in the open kitchen as it is a pizzeria as well as wait staff. We placed simple orders from the menu, nothing complex. Service was slow, the food was brought out in waves to different people in our group. It had to be a solid 30 minutes from when the first person was given their dish to when the last person got theirs and that doesnt include one adult whose order they forgot to place, but didnt admit it, so she had to get her food to go. We were hungry and it got awkward as we waited at first, but the first people served were done eating by the time the last couple people got their dishes. Salads came out last. One person who was served first ordered angel hair pasta, but was given linguine. She asked to have he order corrected, the one waitress took the dish away, went in the back, then came back out with the original dish and told us the manager said it would take too long to make the angel hair dish so shed have to eat what was given. She did reluctantly as she was hungry. The kids asked for the wifi password multiple times before being given to them, and the staff spelled the password wrong anyway. The waitress spelled it "pizzareia" on the paper, but it was "pizzeria" which the kids figured out and knew how to spell on their own. In the end, the food was pretty good, the prices reasonable, but the service, delivery of product, the wrong dish situation, and the forgotten order that was essentially brought with the check makes for an unacceptable experience. We should have listened to the local and just went to the fast food restaurant in town.

I was visiting Tupper Lake on my own for a day. This restaurant was recommended. I went at 5 PM on Friday 7/22 and was promptly greeted and seated in a booth. It was not busy at that time. The table seated AFTER me was receiving their drink order before I was even acknowledged. They were having their order taken as I received my drink. A staff member was closing blinds behind me as sun was glaring in. She bumped me in the head and something swung around at hit me in the shoulder. No acknowledgement. I was served fairly promptly. My waitress NEVER: asked how my dinner was; asked if I wanted any refills on my water or if Id like to order the wine I mentioned at my food order; asked if I wanted coffee or dessert. I heard the waitress at the next table ask all these things and attend to her customer. DURING my dinner, while I was eating, my waitress came over with a to-go box and asked if Id like the rest to go! I informed her I was still eating and could I have more water please. No water. The wait line started to grow at this point and I felt I was being ousted because I was by myself and seated in a booth for 4. I kept getting stares from some staff. It took my waitress 10 minutes or more to return and at least that much to bring check. TERRIBLE service!

Make sure you have cash, no credit cards, food was terrible, with no taste at all except for burnt garlic. My husbands meal was suppose to have a wine sauce on it he said it tasted like pasta water. I have never been to an Italian restaurant were your meal didnt come with a salad, and garlic knots, or garlic parm.and balsamic bread. They sat us, took order and never came back until we asked for the check. Very loud couldnt really have a conversation. Will definitely never go back.

Highly recommend!!! Stopped in on a whim while passing through town. SO glad we did! We had just finished camping for the week and about to head out on our long trip home. The atmosphere and staff were so welcoming and the food was fantastic! The above and beyond service was so comforting. I cant wait to pass through town again, will definitely be stopping in!

The food was awful, as well as the service. Had to ask for drinks to be refilled and the waitress got confused when asking simple questions or requesting simple modifications to the entree. The Garlic Knots were tasteless. And by the way, drinks never ended up getting refilled. It was only water, not too difficult. Do not recommend this place.

Service was excellent. We were seated immediately which was surprising considering it was a busy evening for them. The food was delicious. I had the Chicken Parmigiano. It was cooked perfectly and there was two pieces. Completely recommend this place of you are in Tupper Lake.

Never disappointed. The only place we eat when we head north. This was my first time eating spaghetti here, had to carb up before hiking a high peak. Im very picky when it comes to spaghetti & this was outstanding. The man always get fettuccine Alfredo & he loves it.

The food selection was nice but we were seated outside and the lights werent on. It was 15 minutes or so before the switch was found. It was alright but nothing super special. The lack of credit card payment options was a real downer as well.

Im a bit of a pizza snob, so I tend to have low expectations of new places. This place really impressed me. Really solid pie! Good atmosphere and local beers on tap. They dont take credit cards but theres an ATM machine on the premises.

My family and I stopped here for lunch on the way to Lake Placid and my boyfriend and I ate THE BEST BURGER EVER!!! Even though this is an Italian Restaurant, we were extremely impressed with the burgers.

Fantastic food. Cash only but, atm on site. Long island is hit or miss depending on the bartender but, the food has always amazed me.

One of the best places to eat in Tupper Lake. Usually busy because it is the only place in town open late. Good food. Friendly staff.

Food was delicious! They were also open late, which was great, since we were visiting and had a long day but ready to eat!

Probably the best restaurant in Tupper. Pizza looks really good, thin crusted stromboli was good as well.

Meatball sliders are the bomb. Not too expensive, but they are cash only. They do have an ATM on site
