The food was so bad I could not wait to write this review. Actually, I wish I could give them less than one star. Only ordered from here because it was close by, the food was bad, like really bad. I ordered the house special fried rice (no crab meat, no veggies, SPICY). First, there is a $12 delivery minimum which is understandable. I was hoping the would make the exception since I was across the street.They did not, no problem. When I got the food it was TOO SALTY! The rice was way UNDER COOKED, and the chicken tasted funky. It was so rubbery. They burnt the pork inside the fried rice, so bits of charcoal and burnt pork were mixed with the dish. On top of it all, the food was not spicy, instead it came bitter! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Save your money and eat at home.

right on the end of spackenkill rd it is very conveinient. We used to be loyal chans customers and now only go to ginger chinese. The garlic sauce is flavorful. the spare rids moist and delicious. service is always fast and the people friendly. They take all forms of payment where chans only takes cash then doesnt have a ATM. The scallion pancakes are crispy and the dipping sauces compliment it well . thefree soda is kinda cool

Outstanding!! This is one of my favorite place to visit in the Hudson Valley. We actually drive from Rhinebeck to get our Chinese food because nothing comes close to Ginger Chinese. The service is alway exceptional, friendly & quick. The food is consistently great. Always fresh & hot. There is nothing on the menu they. Dont do well. We miss having it delivered but it totally worth the drive.

Of all the Chinese restaurants in this area, Ginger is one of my favorites. Everything they make is quality, but if special note are their dumplings. Most "fast" Chinese spots have lumpy, overly doughy dumplings but at Ginger, the casing is thin enough to really appreciate the flavor of the filling.

At this place, you ALWAYS get more than what you ask for. They are also very friendly. I also noticed their overall cleanliness is superior to other Chinese restaurants. Food is delicious...paid $5 and got a great portion! A+

Fast delivery and typical prices. Both the chicken and beef with broccoli were mediocre - the meats were terrible. The chicken with rice soup is all water, no flavor, and disgusting chicken.

Great location and quick delivery, the price is good too, but the food is like any other chinese place maybe even lower. They also dont wear gloves which grossed me out.
