I love Five Guys. When I was here, there was a family that was being very rude to the staff for some reason, making a scene, and essentially embarrassing themselves and their two young children with them (it was mainly the mother that was making the scene). I was impressed with the calm composure of the staff to just respond to it calmly, and allow them to leave. Great food, I just feel that the soda machines (specifically the coke) dont have the proper flavor at times, but whatever, the machines are really cool :)

Good at first. Lovely gentleman took orders was perfect and friendly....then disaster when my son realized his cell phone was missing, called it from my phone.. one of the workers answered after 6 calls.... went to get the phone asked for the manager and protocol on the employees attempting to steal a costumers phone, clearly trying to cut it off from ringing..... will take it to corporate. YOURE FIRED!!!!

I LOVE Five Guys burgers and fries!!! Its somewhat pricey considering youre just getting burger and fries but its totally worth it! They usually give you a lot of extra fries in the bag when you order so you can order a small and still have leftovers I recommend trying that Cajun Fries! Additional toppings on your burger are totally free so feel free to load that thing up!

I couldve made that flimsy burger in my house. Ordered came up $26 for 2 burgers, Cajun fries and 2 drinks!!! Tasteless dried up bacon and half stale bun. Horrible over priced joint. Highly over rated by uneducated foodies who swarm to these types of rip off "specialty burger" restaurants. Never again.

Burgers are excellent and ordering doesnt take long. The wait for your food takes some time, but its worth it especially for their amazing fries! They dump a second container of them in your bag so your swimming with fries, which means youll still have some after the drive home.

Great place. Great food, Service, and Bathrooms lol. But the only concern that took away the fifth star was the Temperature. If you go in there its FREEZING. I felt like I was in a refrigerator. I hope they at least lower the Air Conditioner.

A step above the other two traditional fast food burger spots. When you order fries they definetly give you your moneys worth. You can add various items onto your burger most are at no extra cost. The taste compared to cost is good.

Walked in and walked right back out. It is 8 dollars and change for a hamburger thats not a meal just the burger. The food was good the one time that I didnt eat it but they prices are ridiculous now
