I was at the Subway, Holbrook location earlier today.For the most part, the staff is friendly. The food was good. I bought a sub, cookies and a fountain drink. When leaving i, went to fill my large cup of iced tea. The young guy that works there yelled at me telling me not to, because I had already filled it twice while there. His reason he said was " Were Wasting To Much Money, On You People. Your Not Allowed To Refill And Leave". After that he also said " its like, were throwing money out the windows when you people do this". I mentioned that I did, just pay for a few sub heros and the Im a weekly customer. He did not like I said that. I said it politely. In front of all the other patrons inside he told me and the others "I DONT CARE I, DONT NEED YOUR BUSINESS OR ANY OF THEYRES." after seeing and hearing that another patron who was waiting on line with his and wife and 3 kids followed me out. While leaving. This family was in total disbelief. The wife said "well well never, come here again". Theres a way to treat your customers, his actions definitely wernt the way to do so. I myself, will not ever be returning back to the Subway, Holbrook location ever again. With the careless actions and words that this employee was stateing, he ought to be fired. I thought Subway operated with a higher level of a standard of professional courtesy, then what I was shown today from the employee.

I have been here few times. The "cheapness" of the owner/employees is what keeps me away from this store. Middle aged Bangladeshi man, who has made sandwiches for me few times (he smiles and appears friendly) uses the least amount of meat/tuna as possible on the sandwiches. The employees at this Subway have mastered the art of taking one napkin out of the packet with each sandwiches! Cheapness exhibited by this stores employees makes the Chinese restaurant next door look lavish. On my last visit, the middle aged woman with glasses wore the same gloves to touch the food, microwave handle, cash register, money of the customer before me, then with a smile touched my food as if the gloves are to protect her hands! This non sense must stop. When I asked her about touching the food with the same gloves, she became defensive as if I was wrong about questioning her! I had to walk out! I dont know how the Subway corporation allow few stores like this damage its reputation.

I love Subway and usually hit it up for a quick lunch or quick dinner when Im on my own. I must say its one of the best Subway restaurants in the area that Ive been too. It is family run and the gentleman behind the counter is always very nice and very helpful. They work hard and really appreciate a tip...I ordered 4 sandwiches once and dropped them a 5 dollar tip, and the gentleman was so grateful that he offered me all sorts of thank you gifts...I wound up taking home bags of fresh carrots that went perfect with the minestrone soup the wife and I made the next day! If youre looking for a fast and efficiently run Subway, look no further. Its right on main street in the CVS shopping center.

Awful value for the money, and they keep raising the prices while you get less and less food. Ordered a 6 dollar meatball and it was all bread, they put 6 meatballs on a 12 inch hero, sounds like a lot until you realize the meatballs are an inch around each. Ordered a double meat sub and they only used one preprepared package, asked what happened to the double meat and he refused to put it on...so I told him to keep it. Profits over everything. Never going back.

I will never go there again! Horrible! They didnt have any spinach at lunch time (early)! The rep was very rude and unprofessional, the place was dirty, all the condiments minus spinach, which wasnt on site as indicated, were old, not in place, and a horror show! Google other subways and you will be much happier! There are others close by! I would imagine the great reviews here are their friends or the subway owners, employees!

Loads of lettuce substitute meat these rags that run this subway even take meat from the pre made meat package to spread out and make more money it is a total waste of cash to be sucked in to eating salad on bread for 8 bucks a pop also hygiene is a concern does underarm deodorant mean anything? Gloves?how about nail clippers or a hairnet?

Always make my sandwich perfectly and quickly. They are funny too, which is nice when youre having a bad day. Eat here couple times a week.
