IVE BEEN ORDERING HERE FOR A COUPLE MONTHS NOW BEING THAT I AM NEWLY EMPLOYED IN THE AREA. THE FOOD QUALITY SEEMED JUST OK AT BEST BUT WITH LIMITED FOOD OPTIONS IN THE AREA I CONTINUED TO ORDER. ONE AFTERNOON THEY GAVE ME DRESSING THAT LOOKED A BIT WEIRD AND UNAPPETIZING, I CALLED TO NOTIFY THEM BECAUSE WHATS THE POINT OF SALAD WITHOUT DRESSING OF SOME KIND. I GOT THE RUDEST AND NASTIEST RESPONSE FROM ONE OF THE YOUNG MEN THAT WORK THERE TO THE POINT WHERE HE REALIZED HOW RUDE HE WAS AND CALLED BACK TO APOLOGIZE. I UNDERSTAND APOLOGIZING CAN BE HARD SO I TOLD HIM I APPRECIATE THE CALL. HOWEVER I JUST ORDERED THIS WEEK AND IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME I EVER SPEND MONEY THERE AND THIS IS WHY: IF I ORDER EVERYDAY AND ON AVERAGE SPEND ABOUT 60 BUCKS A WEEK THERE ON LUNCH ( THEYRE OVERPRICED FOR QUALITY OF FOOD. ITS ALL PER PACKAGED AND NOT FRESH) AND THAT BEING A LOT OF MONEY ON JUST LUNCH ID HOPED THE LITTLE BABY TOSSED SALAD THEY SENT WOULD AT LEAST BE FRESH....WRONG. SPRING MIX WAS TOTALLY ROTTEN, CUCUMBERS TOTALLY ROTTEN AND TOMATO WAS COMPLETELY COVERED IN SOME KIND OF SLIMY MOLD. IF YOU CANT AT LEAST DATE THE SALAD FOR FRESHNESS OR LOOK THEM OVER BEFORE SENDING THEM OUT THEM WHY AM I GIVING YOU 60 BUCKS A WEEK TO JUST BE HANGRY AND YES I SAID HANGRY BECAUSE IM ALWAYS LET DOWN BY THIS FOOD AND I TRY SOMETHING NEW TO NO AVAIL THUS LEAVING ME ANGRY AND HUNGRY HENCE THE WORD HANGRY. I WILL NOT SPEND ANYMORE MONEY THERE OR WASTE MY TIME CALLING TO COMPLAIN BECAUSE IN THERE EYES THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT!!! ONLY WRITING A REVIEW BECAUSE I WANT TO LET OTHERS KNOW OF THE POOR QUALITY OF FOOD AND SERVICE AT THIS PLACE. WHEN YOU STOP LOVING YOUR CAREER YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR SOMETHING NEW BECAUSE YOU CAN TELL THESE GUYS HATE THEIR JOBS AND IT SHOW IN THERE FOOD AND FACILITY!! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!!!

For the last month or so order here everyday at work for lunch. Complained several times for inconsistencies. Several of us have had problems. Never ordering again. The order is either missing ingredients or you get half the amount of something. I dont know if they are busy and are rushing but when you order everyday you notice an off day. Too many times telling them and the delivery guys our issues. Same inconsistencies. Today they forgot something I paid for and I am still waiting for them to bring it. Good food but unfortunately they are not concerned with errors.

HORRIBLE experience! Food delivery took over an hour to be delivered, I called for an update and the owner started yelling at me over the phone saying that if I kept calling it wasnt gonna make the food arrive any faster, (it was the 2nd time I was calling) I calmly tried to explain I needed an update on how long the food was gonna take, he kept yelling at me. When I called I was told the food was gonna arrive by 12 Im writing this review its 12:50 and we still havent gotten our food. the driver got lost on top of everything.

My boyfriend went to go get me a Turkey BLT with no tomatoes and add cheese. They made me a Turkey BLT WITH tomatoes and WITHOUT cheese. My boyfriend asked twice for my order and yet they couldnt follow simple directions. Im stuck at work and Im super hungry so it would have been pointless for him to go all the way back there just to get cheese basically. The guy was incredibly rude too. And the bread sucks. I suggest if you want a simple BLT go to a good deli.

The food and customer service is amazing! I have been ordering from here from work for the past almost 2 months, and they answer the phone with such professionalism. The food is fresh, and they give substantial portions. If you ever need someone to cater for an event or something, La Piccola is the way to go!

This venue has some really amazing food at really amazing prices! Everything that comes from them is made fresh, hot and tastes great! Pizza is very well balanced with the sause and the crust is just soft enough to enjoy. They have weekly lunch specials that are priced fairly and satisfies your hunger.

Stop in and get a gourmet sandwich, or an excellent burger (they have fine pizza too). They have 5-6 tables, excellent service and great food... At noon it might take a few minutes longer because all the locals, in-the-know, are there getting lunch. Oh, they deliver.

Our office orders from La Piccola probably 3-4 times per day. We love it here! They are very friendly and personable. The food tastes great! Their lunch specials always satisfy us. Id definitely recommend them!
