I went through the drive through and ordered a grilled chicken without mayo and small sprite. The person who took my order seemed nice because when I asked if I could change my sprite to a diet sprite she said "Im sorry we dont carry diet sprite." BUT when I arrived at the window I was greeted by the most unpleasant attendant. She didnt greet me, she didnt give me a total amount for my order. She handed me my bag with the sandwich with no condiments and gave me this harsh stare as if to say what are you still waiting for? Finally I had to say I didnt get my sprite. Now I have gone to this BK many times in the past but I have cut back on fast food and hadnt been to this store in a long time but I wont be back to this store. The service has gone down tremendously. I dont know who is doing the training but they are doing a terrible job and whoever the manager is theyre doing a horrible job supervising letting her treat the customers this way.

Dont bother coming in the morning as they are always late. Website state 6am and its 6:45am and they are still not ready to serve customers. Oh well, mcdonald here i come!

Unfortunately I went thru the drive thru, so when I got home I realized that my whopper was missing most of its toppings (tomato, lettuce, mayo). Not a happy camper
