As noted if you stay away from the sauces and concentrate on the vegetables and getting dishes steamed it is possible to eat healthy here. If you order from the menu it is much more difficult. Sesame Chicken for instance will have you racing to McDonalds for a healthy meal. This dish is composed of chicken that has been multi deep fried, original frying and then to heat it up again , sesame seeds and then covered with the sweetest possible cloying sauce. It is served on top of a bed of fried rice. It is really disgusting and possible to get a day or twos calories in one sitting. Order wisely. Whats interesting is that real Chinese food is healthy and exciting but some of the adaptations made for the U.S. customer are frightening. The Chinese dont eat this stuff.

The food was poorly prepared. Fried Wontons were stale, the website menu was totally wrong and the workers there lied about it. Prices were increased at the restaurant but not on the website menu. This place is a rip-off

Mediocre strip mall Chinese food. For example, my hot and sour soup was not hot enough, not sour enough, and overly thick. The lunch specials are great deals, but have the correct expectations going in.

Best Chinese Cuisine in the area. Not fancy but very tasty in the traditional style. I mostly take out, but eating in its clean and comfortable. Prices are reasonable so atmosphere is not a priority here.
