No complaints about the food. Its the average quality Chinese take out. The problem is 1) when you order online on beyond menus, your order will get ignored for a while. Every time I order for delivery online, it says 30-45 minutes. After an hour passes, Ill call and they tell me it will be another 30 mins, so I end up waiting 1.5-2 hours when Im not even 5 minutes away. One time, they even said they didnt see my order and I have to wait an hour. 2) They keep forgetting parts of my order. Whether it be delivery or pick up, they tend to forget something. I can deal with once, maybe even twice, but this has happened about 3 or 4 times in 4 months time. 3) although they screw up one way or another, they dont do much to reconcile for it. They either offer you credit for the item for your next order, or they offer to deliver what they forgot. I would be OK with that if it happened once or twice, but something goes wrong with most of my orders. I would at least appreciate an offer for something complimentary for the inconvenience. The owners/workers are nice, but it seems that they do not care for or appreciate regular costumers. The next time I order it will be from elsewhere.

This place has pretty good food. We have been eating here for years and have only had a couple of bad dishes. Overall its the best in this area. The daughter at the desk is sometimes rude to her parents and customers. Also, it looks a lil grimy in there, but the food is good enough that I overlook those things.

Very poor service! Waited 45 minutes plus for a small order that we never received. Food wasnt all that good but the location is literally two blocks away.( Based on previous orders.) Well thats one Chinese restaurant off the list. (Soup, 6 chicken wings and a pint of rice.)

Everything that Ive had here is okay but nothing Id ever get a second time. Their wonton soup is not good, the fried rice is subpar, but the spare ribs are pretty good.
