If I could give this place 0 Stars, I would. I went here as my daughter choice for her birthday along with my son & wife. Walked in, and the told us the wait would be 20 minutes even though there was only 5 out of roughly 30 tables seated. I thought this was weird, but I didnt say anything. Our buzzer went off roughly 2 minutes later notifying us that our seat was ready. Great! We were seated, ordered drinks and buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer. We got our drinks after about 5 minutes which wasnt too bad I guess. We then ordered our food. Our order of Buffalo Chicken dip came roughly 12 minutes after we ordered it. It was an extremely small cast iron serving dish, roughly 4oz in size. Normally I wouldnt have cared, but this was almost $9. On top of that, there was only two small cubes of chicken in the whole dish. The rest was just cheese & buffalo sauce.. Both the tortilla chips, and the soft bread wedges that came with the dip were extremely over cooked. Yes... Cooked. They were dark brown, and the soft bread was black. Our waiter hasnt came by to check on anything at this point. We received out food from someone in the kitchen roughly 25 minutes after we had ordered it. She asked me to cut down the middle of my Royal Sirloin to ensure it was cooked to medium rare as I had ordered it. Before I could finish cutting into it she hastily left. Why ask a question, when you arent concerned with the answer? It was medium well and had absolutely no flavor by the way. About 10 minutes after that our server finally came by and asked us how it was. I had said it was "Okay" and asked for a refill for my son, and dressing for my daughters salad which came with none. Being a waiter living almost solely on tips, you would think "okay" wouldnt be a reasonable response. Yes I know I should have said something about the steak, but Im not one to complain, and it was my daughters birthday. My wife also complained about her order of Swordfish which I didnt think anything of. Come to find out, they served her Shark in place of Swordfish which isnt in season. Isnt there laws about this stuff? 20 minutes later she came by our table as of we didnt even exist. I stopped her and asked her where my daughters dressing and sons refill was. She had said "Im sorry, I had to do something out back". I said thats fine, Ill just take the refill, and the check. She asked if we wanted the (free) desert for the kids, I told her that it is fine well go somewhere else. After all of this, I still left her a tip because I cant dictate whether it was her fault, or the restaurants managers fault. Just to add context to this specific incident, it was not busy. It was a Sunday evening and there were maybe 8 tables seated. Moral of the story, I will never be setting foot in a 99.

Worse food & service ever! We waited 10 mins to get our waitress. 10 more mins she comes back with our drinks..keep in mind it is not crowded at all!! Our appetizers were cold and the food was horrible. Then they stuck some loud obnoxious group where we were seated. 30 mins later we got our food it was all nasty and stale. My food was so bad that i sent it back and got something to go I couldnt get the bad taste out of my mouth and then to add insult to injury she dropped a dirty knife into my drink. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY 99 RESTAURANT AGAIN!!

Very standard corporate American fare. The food didnt wow us, but I dont think it ever had the potential. It all starts with food cooked as quickly as it can be as cheaply as possible. The options are all too common and we pick them more out of habit than anything else. I can cook a better steak at my house and I am not much of a grill master. I give 3 stars because I feel my money is better spent a local place. Not horrible, but not good.

Is there less than 1 Star? After breaking a tooth on a desert that was supposed to be cold, not frozen like cement, the Easton Management refused to pay anything toward the dental bill. This happened 3 weeks before my daughters wedding! We were at weekly visitors to this establishment (at least once a week). They do not care about the quality of the food they serve, nor their long standing customers. Its all about the bottom line.

It was fine but the bar tender was awful and management needs to get on the bar tenders ass I came with two friends our first drink was a water martini lol no really taste like water all 3 of them then we wait 25mins to get served another drink like seriously if I had spicy food I wouldve been crying and dying of thirst but my waitress was very nice it was jus the bar

We come often and the staff is always friendly. The food is exactly what you would expect it to be. We just got a Chevy Volt and will go out of our to come here to charge but when it gets busy you can expect rude, lazy people to take the charging stations as regular parking. If you absolutely must charge theyll attempt to find the offending drivers.

The staff here are very friendly. But if you are looking for a job here, look elsewhere. The managers are bullies and force employees to clock out before working three hours if its slow, and make them take gift cards instead of overtime pay.

The waitress was nice. The bartender was horrible. My martini tasted like water. After I sent it back they took about 20min to get me a new drink... Im full by the time my drink got here and I dont even want it now.

Very pleasant atmosphere as well as veey pleaaant serving staff. Food was very good. I have a service dog and the restaurant was more than willing to allow my dog to come in and sit on the bench with me.

Great place to eat with kids, they get free meals when the Sox win the day before. Be aware if you dont have kids/ like dealing with kid noise post sox win.

Very nice 99. Very friendly, fast! As always, quite an enjoyable dinner! I would recommend the steak tips. :-)
