Ive ordered from this place multiple times, usually for the lunch special, cause theyre located really close to me, but this is the last time. After having my food delivered I called them to tell them the apple slushee with jelly they brought me has no jelly. The jerk on the other line tried to mansplain to me about the difference between fruit jelly and boba and after cutting him off to tell him Im aware of the difference and that my slushee had neither of those things in it, he proceeds to tell me that he saw it made and its correct. He repeatedly told me "its on the bottom," like Im stupid and have never ordered a drink like this before. Insulting. Terrible customer service. Im sitting here looking at the drink, drinking it, pouring it into another cup and theres literally nothing but slushee. He kept cutting me off, speaking over me, and otherwise being completely rude. Oh, and this isnt the first time this exact error has been made by them when Ive ordered there. Never again.

Just had the worst customer service ever at this location!!! I bought Chicken curry and found it unappealing to my test buds. I returned what seemed like three quarters of the food back since Id trashed the rest. The manager or whoever the guy was started yelling at me!! Saying "you ate half", and cursing at me threatening to call police as if Id done anything wrong...smh. I tried to explain to him (to no avail) that I was returning the food, not for money but for them to know how disgusting it was. What a terrible example he set for his young sons!! Smh.

I tend to like this place because they are consistently good and never mix up orders. We always order for delivery so I dont know how it is to dine in but every time I am able to place an order via the phone without repeating myself several times, which is not something I can say easily for other places.

When I first went here it was great, a friend owned it and all was well. Recently ownership changed and I went to get some Chinese and the cooks were cooking in ankle deep water. The main part was getting wet as a result of poor maintenance after they had bought the restaurant.

Very inconsistent. My bourbon chicken was so dried out I couldnt even chew it. When I called to ask to replace with something else, they gave me a very difficult time.

The food was great! Chicken was crispy, and egg rolls were huge. Much better than other places in the area. The staff was very friendly, too!

Best fried dumplings EVER! Delicious egg rolls..Chicken or Beef with Broccoli is delicious...cant complain about anything!
