I have been spoiled maybe i normally go to the hanover pa location and get wings. My mom and i decided because we was taking care of my grandmother in hampstead to stop in this location. I was so disappointed because the wings here are so small. Really i just paid 16.99 for nugget sized chicken. When we asked our waitress about the size he replyed with a snicker that "yea they are gross and he would defend them but look at them" i guess maybe there is a difference in states. But i wont be back to hampstead pizza hut again. Not to mention we didnt get napkins right away. It seemed the staff was more interested in talking to each other then the customers. The professionalism isnt in this location.

Its Pizza Hut. This location has great friendly staff, theyve never messed up an order, and theyre delivery is pretty fast. That being said, if you go to Pizza Hut because you love the pan pizza with its soft doughyness, and that crispy, golden, buttery bottom that you cant stop eating... This location falls short; the bottom of their pan pizzas never really get crispy, regardless of whether you get delivery, carry-out, or eat in.

Understaffed. Placed order at 5:30, arrived and paid at 5:45, its now 6:15 and Im still waiting for my order. Only 1 pizza and an order of cheese sticks... Update: its 6:28. still waiting. Thinking about walking to McDonalds across the parking lot for some fries. Just got my order. I get youre busy, but bottom line: If its going to take an hour to make a pizza you shouldnt tell me to pick it up in 15 minutes.
