My friend and I wondered why the other two coffee shops in town were slammed and only a couple of people at Panera. I normally really enjoy it, like the dark coffee and bagels are always good. Not today! Only light and flavored coffee on the bar and we had to yell to get someone to come wait on us. He offered to brew the dark roast we wanted but never did. The light roast wasnt even hot and tasted awful. The bagel and scone were delicious but disappointing without the good coffee. Someone needs to check our store! Never had a bad experience at other stores in other towns.

We called ahead because we were coming home after a 10 hour drive. We went to the drive thru to pick up the order and were told we had to go in. I went in and paid. I verified they had my order. They did. I waited 10 more minutes. So much for calling ahead!

Sometimes you just sit and think to yourself, "This salad was way too expensive, but it sure is good!" Also, I dont recommend the French baguette to those with dentures or past oral care. But hey, I keep coming back!

a place is only as good as your last visit. i got a day old bagel @ 700AM and because im away when i eat it, i had no recourse. next time i go, ill make sure the bagel is fresh.
