This is a very lovely and interesting coffee shop in the middle of a neighborhood in need of a comeback! The staff is quite attentive and the service is fairly quick. We really enjoyed the handcrafted sodas and The made-to-order Belgian waffle with Nutella. The space inside of the shop is open, quiet enough for easy conversation at your table, and inviting. Conveniently, there is a separate room for meeting space, if you need to host a more secluded discussion. Though it is within eyesight of the Green Line, its mostly accessible by CTA bus, by foot, or car; free street parking is plentiful and available.

This is exactly what this neighborhood needs. Its become a safe haven for everyone in the community to sit and relax, locals and police alike. The food is great, the service is great and the atmosphere is great! It has a nice meeting room, free wifi and an outdoor patio. The prices are great also. If youre ever in the area and want a nice place to stop, no matter where youre from, this is the place.

Pretty nice ill shop. I dont frequent coffee shops much but when I do, I like places like this. Only problem I had was that the cake slice I had was a bit hard because it had been in the refrigerated display case. It had a bit of a chew to it. I wasnt offered an option to warm it up. That was my only hiccup but other than that I enjoyed everything. Thank yall for the hospitality.

Really superb little coffee shop in a place you might not otherwise go. Great fresh pastries! The space is very charming - there are some comfy chairs in the front, tables in the back (great work space!), a meeting room with a spectacular wooden table (and a piano), and a huge overhead door that opens up to patio seating on the sidewalk when the weather is nice.

Great coffee, friendly atmosphere, and a really neat space. And then theres the waffles. They get their own special mention. I have made many a waffle at home. I have eaten many waffles at many establishments. The waffles at Greenline are leagues above any waffle I have ever had. If you go to Greenline, you MUST try one. Youll be back, I know I will.

I really love what you have done with the place, I dont mind driving out of the way to show support. A couple of things that you guys have got address though: Latte consistency- you guys are eyeballing he flavors you should get pumps. Wifi is frequently out. I do only hope this feedback helps, keep up the good in the community.

I enjoyed the Mocha I had here as well as the time spent catching up with my brother and Sabin. This is obviously a new place that makes sure to go the extra mile on terms of hospility and service to make that extra lasting mark on the customer which was done well on me.

Great location. Food items a little pricey. I had oatmeal it was cold. Had to have it heated. The female staff member had such a dry and distant personality. The staff need people skills. It is my belief that the food would be good if didnt have to send it back.
