Ive bought take out here frequently the past 3yrs. My usual order pops up after I provide my cell number which totals about $20. On two separate occasions other than tonight I was treated rudely no professionalism. I confronted the owner about my experience when I arrived to be told there wasnt anything he can do & that the lady answering the phone isnt his wife therefore he couldnt tell her what to do. This was the final straw for me. Ive looked past other times because I enjoy the food. Another heads up their score is below 90. There are several other food establishments who be happy to have me as a customer. Service is very poor. Note that this review isnt based off of one incident. If you work hard and believe in good customer service do yourself a favor bypass this restaurant.

Tom Yum soup verses wonton soup, do you agree they sound similar. But when I brought it to their attention they argued with me in front of customers. Embarrassing…I order the Tom Yum once a week sometimes more just switch it out and move on. Its still out for deliberation whether or not Im ever going back. I had the flu just want the right soup. Manager was rude, young lady taking the order was just as rude and told one of the customers the manager going to make her pay for the error.

Going downhill fast! My mother and our staff used to order from China Cafe EVERY Saturday! We LOVED the prices but we had to stop ordering from them a couple of months ago because they kept getting our orders wrong, would forget to send certain items from our order and eventually we all started getting sick. Its such a shame because they were always so friendly and always made us feel like our business was important... I hope they can get it together soon

Very Bad Manners no respect, I was ordering my food Online an the guy on the phone told me to call him back when I am ready to order because he has another customer waiting???? So are you saying my order is not good enough then??? just because I am asking a few question my order no good??? never again sorry guys no just thing as good food and bad manners never heard of it .

The food is not good. They have a health score of an 80. They were rude to me and wanted me to pay when I ordered instead of when I picked up my food, which youd think is not a big deal. I wont be going back. We didnt eat but a bite and threw the rest away after tasting nothing but old oil on our chicken. The rice didnt have any vegetables or flavor.

I have never had a bad experience here. The food is always delicious with heaping portions and great customer service. The only down side is the server going out to smoke & then coming back in with the smell all over her. However, her customer service skills were on point.

This use to be a decent place I ordered tonight and the owner was very rude!! The food was not good at all!! Having a business and treating customers nice goes a long way it means we would return after tonight thats not going to happen!!

sushi looked like they gave a child play dough and they smashed it together. tasted like immitation crab meat and mayo, also had way too much rice. okay chinese food. sweet and sour chicken too runny and too sweet.

Soooooo bland!!!! I got Moo goo gui pan and hubs got general tsos. Both were VERY lacking in flavor. I added lots of garlic salt at home and now it is just okay.
