Ordered a full sheet cake for my grand kids birthday. I was supposed to pick it up on 8/11/17 at 7 pm . Went in and no one was at the bakery . I asked for a manager up front to come help me . A young guy came and couldnt find my order. I was told to call the bakery manager back this morning 8/12/17 . I called at 7:33 am and spoke to the bakery manager. All she wanted to do is pretty much call me a liar and act as if I didnt place no order ever. Then she offered to make the cake and told me Id have to prepay? Are you kidding me ? Go to Walmart or Kroger for cakes not this bakery !!!

P L E A S E staff your deli with people who have basic math skills. Horrible ordeal ensued when we asked for one-eighth pound of ham. She had to ask two others, and even they did not know to weigh out 1/8th. Manager (?) helped her, he turned to us and said that would calculate out to "one ounce". Really? One ounce = 1/8th of a pound? How did these people graduate HS? Im in shock of such ignorance. This is BASIC math.

I stopped going to Ingles for many years. I recently went back and now I wonder why I stopped going. The employees are super friendly. Theyll genuinely ask if they can help you with anything. The displays are very neat and organized. The fruit and produce section is so organized that I dont even want to touch anything for fear of messing it up! Keep up the good work, guys!
