The food is actually okay but the lady in the front has a nasty attitude towards everyone that comes in. I have seen her being rude on more than one occasion and thought maybe she was experienced a rude customer but now I know its just her. Today, I ordered braised wings with sauce on the side because I hate soggy wings but when I get there I noticed that she charged me a $1 for the sauce on the side. But I just let it go. I get all the way home and noticed that they put the sauce on my wings and she charged me extra for sauce. She had the nerve to be mad at me and not be apologetic about my order being wrong when I called to let them know I wanted my wings bare with sauce on the side. I went to pick my new wings up and she did not apologize or speak. She just fixed my order and slick slammed my plate down. I could have cursed her out but I decided it wasnt worth it and she need Jesus!!! I will not be back....

Customer Service --- they are rude and show obvious disrespect for the comsumers they serve.After receiving a wrong pick up order that the business acknowledged they handled and filled incorrectly, they refused to refund the card or provide rain check to pick up correct order on next visit. They wanted us to drive all the way back to the business to return the wrong food and offered to give us 2 free egg rolls for our inconvenience. Even after we explained that was not only inconvenient but irrational considering they would have to, by law, throw the food they gave us away anyway. After going back and forth in trying to make our case and ask them to just do the right thing, the manager not only said she would not do that but announced she was also going to hang up. Very unprofessional - they basically ripped us off.

If you are in the need of VERY BASIC chinese food done well come here. The food is done well, but dont come expecting variety. On several occaisons Ive tried to ordered healthier options such as vegetable white rice, or brown rice, and they dont have that. Ive tried to take out the alter my order with something simple such as taking peanuts out of my kung pao (because they OVER LOADED IT with nuts the last time I ordered it. Im talking 60% nuts to 40% everything else) and they simply overloaded it with celery. These guys are ALRIGHT depending on what you order, but if you attempt to order something different or healthy with a good food ratio? Dont think about it. But if you just want a good plate of General Tao with some fried rice, go ahead they are good for it.

I shouldve listened to the reviews on the service because the lady was curt and rude to me and other customers over the phone and in person. I just paid for old food that was rewarmed as evidenced by my shriveled need, pork and chicken in my house lo mein. Didnt even take a menu. First and last time customer. Ill take the drive to the guys up the street. $14 lesson learned. You guys better learn from me.

Rudest and worst customer service I have ever experienced by both associate and the manager. I called after realizing they had gotten my order wrong and would not apologize. Laughed at me. And said I was being ridiculous and getting too upset. I asked for the owners information, an email address or number and they refused. Seriously could not believe how I was treated.

I have eaten here twice and every time disappointed. Its clear that they dont change their oil or clean it out because every time it taste like old oil. Also every time I order something expecting veggies there are none. Very cheap so I guess I get what unpaid for.

Apparently they cleaned out the rude people. Everytime I go in the folks seem nice. Food is descent/good depending on what you order. Wonton Soup, General Tso Chicken, Garlic Chicken have all been good.

Used to be my favorite Chinese place, would walk 2 miles to eat here when I live nearby. Now its just another Chinese place. Service and food have taken a hit. Wish they didnt change.
