Unfortunately, I have to say I totally changed my mind about this location. This was not the first time I ordered a cake, but I am sure that was the last time. I am so disappointed even though I ordered 5 days in advance. Everything was just so smashed and squeezed to one side. I am even more mad because of their employee attitude. I was supposed to be the one who was mad, but they acted like it was my fault that I decided to not take this cake and purchase another one of those ready-to-go cakes. I asked her if she can at least write "happy birthday" on the cake, but her answer was no and she brought an excuse that there is no space. After I asked to talk to the store manager she offered me she might able to write on the board! Unfortunately, the store manager was not responsible either! All he told me was feed this cake to your dog for free! :| :| :| :| I had ordered cakes to this store before, but I am sure I will never ever do it again. It seems their bakery manager has changed or they just gave this one to a five-year-old kid to make.

Called Dedra to get a cake for my daughter. Even without the 24 hour window, she was able to get the cake ready the same day. The service and experience here was Excellent. I will go back to her in the future if I need to get anything else. Also, she was working by herself that day. Even with the other customers that were there, she was able to get us all taken care of quickly and everyone was pleased with Dedra.

Aww man, I love this Publix, but I had a bad experience at the deli today! I hate writing bad comments, but today...well, the deli lady was kinda rude, worst of all I think she was the deli manager as i noticed her name and pic hanging right there. She doesnt look too happy to be there and was irritated as I ordered my sandwich. It must be a full moon or something.

I love Publix stores but I had a horrible experience with the deli today. Waited about 20 minutes before I got my sub. Customer service sucked. The guy made our sandwich and walked away. Didnt even ask if we needed anything else or sorry for your wait.
