So this past weekend my fiancé and I went to get some lunch at Bonfires. Have been there several times before but have never quite experienced what happened to us ANYWHERE. I ordered a regular BBQ sandwich, my fiancé ordered a 1/2 rack of ribs. When the order came to our table, I asked my fiancé "I thought you ordered a 1/2 rack?" He said I am pretty sure I did. The server apologized and said she was new and probably pushed the full rack instead of 1/2 rack on the register. She asked did we want her to adjust the price since we did not order a full rack. We said yes - 1) he ordered a 1/2 rack and 2) there was quite a price difference. Well here is where it gets to be unbelievable customer service. The server comes back with a plate and says her manager wants her to take 6 ribs off his plate. She asked him to do it as she did not want to touch his food and proceeded to say we are going to throw them away anyway. REALLY!!!! The manager never came over and the server was so embarrassed. We could not believe what the manager asked her to do. Good customer service would have been as follows: Manager comes over and says I apologize for the miscommunication on the order, but we are going to charge you for the half rack since it was our mistake and keep the full rack. So needless to say, Bonfires is off our list of places to go.

I read good reviews about this place and was hoping it would be great. It wasnt. When we arrived, the waitress came and took our drink orders. It was about 15-20 minutes before she came back for our food orders. After sometime our food arrived. The brisket was a little dry for my taste and the baked beans were a weird goopy consistency. Ive had better at a chain. The side salad was honestly my favorite part of the meal. The service was very slow, and there was only one other table of people in the whole restaurant aside from the bar. The waitresses just stood at the cash rep talking to each other. I wanted a water with my beer but she never came back around to check on us and I couldnt get her attention. For the restaurant being basically empty, there was no reason for our service to be so slow. The food was so-so, not bad but not great. I probably wont return.

Went to Bonfires for the first time Monday night with the family. Honestly we were expecting the same old BBQ like we get from sonnys or bubbalous down the street. We were extremely impressed, service was great the BBQ was amazing my wife had one their burgers i had to steel a few bites from her it was the best burger Ive tasted in Florida and Ive had them almost everywhere i go. these guys know what their doing REAL BBQ. I was a four rivers guy but this place is closer and we didnt leave with an empty wallet to feed the whole family for the same if not better quality of BBQ Especially the pulled pork they do it right they let you choose what sauce to put on it i had their Tennessee gold AWESOME with the pork. All in all we have found Our new BBQ spot we even stayed for trivia that night and almost won.

Went here for trivia. Service was the absolute worst. Our waitress essentially ignored us. We waited for refills and received no silverware or napkins with our food. Our food wasnt cleared from our table for over 40 mins. Then waited another 30 mins for a check after asking for it. Complained to management and immediately felt uncomfortable because the wait staff was blatantly talking negatively about us and giving us dirty looks. As we left, a waitress, who wasnt ours, rolled her eyes at us. Ive worked in food service for years and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I will absolutely never again come back to this place.

Currently sitting at the bar and am so disgusted by the service I decided to review the restaurant. When walking in, nobody greeted us to say either sit at any table or go to the bar. Once seated at the bar, recieved several glares from staff with no service whatsoever. We have now been sitting at the bar waiting to order food, which I expect to be poor to mediocre at best, for approximately 20 minutes. Only plus is the tvs which we can find elsewhere. Hope this review is helpful to whoever wants to try a new place. Avoid it!

EVERY TIME! ---- Bonfires has been my go-to spot for amazing burgers and BBQ! The sauce selection is on point, the waitresses are very sweet and the draft selection is decent. I enjoy eating there on Fridays and Saturday Nights since there is always something going on. The service speed is very fair and the waitresses are attentive to your needs. (They show up at the right times) I also really enjoy the fact I can sit outside at the bar with friends and the bartenders are very kind. Good vibes and great food!

Great place with an outside bar so you dont feel like youre in a cave while you have a couple of beers on a Sarurday afternoon! Domestic buckets are $14, but theyre 16-oz aluminum so it works out. Food is great - prices are reasonable and portions are big and service is great. Only wish they had onion RINGS instead of onion straws. :)

This place has amazing BBQ the sauces are fantastic. Prices are decent and you get lots of food, One of the very few Orlando places with an at home feel, dog friendly seating outside, so I brought my dog. (Pics Up) They have outdoor / Indoor Bar, and last time I was here they had live music. GO Knights @ UCF

Used to be good food and now has new management I guess. My friend ate the wings the other day and told me how bad they were, tasted only salt. Went again last night ordered the brisket and received 3 paper then tasteless pieces of meat. Only thing good about the meal was the fries. Will never go back

Food is good and reasonably priced. Atmosphere was calm and relaxing for a sports bar. A real good hangout spot. Food tasted great and came out quick! Kitchen manager surprised us by making us something that wasnt even on the menu just because we asked about it! 1000% recommend this place

We went here for Trivia and some food. My friends ordered food and the service was the worst. We wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt but we were disappointed. Bring back Bonfires. Ps, fries were an upside.. P.PS. I wrote this 10 minutes after waiting for the check.... still waiting

First time eating on this location staff was kind of slow and food took a long time. I order beef brisket and they where greasy and no flavor. I also order Mac & Cheese and Collard greens. There where no flavor and the Mac &Cheese I think it was out a box. I dont think I would come back.

My wife and I ate here one time. Itll be the last. Weve never eaten at any restaurant where the food was of equally poor quality and preparation. I honestly cannot explain the positive reviews because there it is just not possible to rate this place highly. It was terrible.

Had a meal there today 4-30-17, I have to say the sweet tea was competely watered down and the creamy coleslaw was tasteless, french fries were good, the ribs average nice place your gonna have to step up on the tea and slaw folks.
