They have the worst customer service!! Whomever answer the phone hung up when I inquired about delivery! He responded No and hung up the phone! I would not recommend eating at this store!! L&I has been to this place several different times!!

The honey wings are nice and crispy and the shrimp skewers are the best. This store is the best kept little secret in the area. The prices and the food is good.The down side is they only take cash but they have an atm machine in the store.

I moved from Philly to DE 6yrs ago n every Chinese Restaurant I went to here in DE had horrible, either burnt or watered down food than I found China Garden...I thought I was back in Philly. Yum
