I think these people are rude and poor satisfactory. I was very unhappy with there customer service. I order my food at 6:45 and waited till 7:15 to give them a call and find out what's taken so long. So the lady answer the phone and said he will be there in 2 mins so I waited another 15 mins before calling again because I was giving them a little more time well now it has past another hour and 10 mins and not to mention I live 5-7 mins sways from there restaurant well this time when I call a guy answer the phone and was very rude and yelling telling me the customer that I have to be more patient. How much more patients cam a person have after waiting 1 hour and some change. I've been buying from there restaurant for a while am u think the guy would have been more apologetic but I guess I was wrong. He canceled my order and said he will return the money back to my debit card. Lets just say I'm still waiting. I will never buy from them again. That's just my experience.

I thought I would still give it a shot anyways since it was 11:45 and they were the only ones open near my house . I ordered crab Rangoon and chicken wings . My total came up to 7.34 for (3 chicken wings and 3 crab rangoo!!! Wheres the rest ??)? I read the bad reviews on line &!Man should I have just listened!! The chicken was mediocre and had lots of veins throughout It . I could not finish eating it because the whole time I was thinking this might not be chicken . I love to eat Chinese from all around New Haven / West Haven and this is one of the least liked ones . I hate giving low ratings but then again they Earned This ..! :(

Friendly customer service. They called back to make sure they had correct address. Food got to my home fast,hot and fresh. Best Fried chicken wings ever!!!!! Out of all Chinese restaurants I have ordered take out I believe China Sea to be the best. When I called to thank them the man who answered was grateful and humble that I called to thank them for their wonderful customer service, fast delivery and HOT! Fresh food that was tastefully awesome!!!!!

Very disappointed. This is my second time ordering from them and the first time was 100x better. I ordered during lunch time (roughly 12:45) they took over hour to deliver and the food was overcooked, they didnt even charged me the lunch speacial price witch was $5 vs $7.45 combination price....whats even worse that I spent $22.50+ $4 tip and didnt even get a free soda. very upset

I have been ordering from here for like fifteen years. It wasnt until I went away to college and realized how great they were. I would always find myself (in NY for that matter!) wishing it was as good as China Seas. BEST TAKE OUT EVER! Their delivery guy is nice too. Everything is really rich in flavor. The lo mein, soup, meat.. etc its all SO GOOD. ( No MSG)

The scent coming off of the chicken chop suey was vile. I took a bite and had to spit it out. Usually chop suey is made with scraps, but it tasted like the scraps were out overnight and had rotted. My boyfriend says the rest of the food was nothing special, but not rotten.

I ordered fried wontons, shrimp fried rice, boneless spare ribs it was the worst food I ever ate, the ribs was sweet and tasteless, the wontons was hard and had no flavor, and when I warmed them they were rubbery . My 26.00 was wasted, will never buy again,

It was terrible. Dont eat there. They had an excessive amount ofwater all over the floor. They most likely have rats and roaches. The food wss greasy and i had an egg roll that was saturated in oil. Right after i ate a little i had to run to the bathroom

Ordered twice from this restaurant each time they single handily messed my order up and didnt give what I asked for , not to mention multiple co workers had gotten very ill from eating there food 2 days after I ate from there , thumbs down on food also
