The worst customer service I have had in my life. I used to order here from all the time the father used to always take my orders & so friendly. Idk if hes kids run the place now, but he was rude to my grandma hanged up in her face, then when I called & tried to place and order he was rude to me & said he didnt care if he charges me or not. Then hanged up in my face. I had to threaten him to say if you charge me Im coming in with the cops because I told you I didnt want your service & still charged me! Refused to give me my money & now Im on my way there with the police. This used to be a really good spot to eat, now I have to find somewhere else to go.

Food was good and the place was clean. Gave 3 stars because I had to fight with the lady to get extra duck sauce packets. Gave her 50 cents more and she threw 3 in the bag. Looking for another restaurant close by. Really dont want to go back.

My Favorite General Taos Tofu in the New Haven Area. Great option for vegetarians looking for quick takeout option. By far the most consistent and fastest delivery service I have come across.
